I have file an complaint to customer care for my air condition which has been purchased from Croma Store. The AC is under extended warranty and its been 15 days they are not working on my complaint. The ac is still not working and i am not getting any good response from customer care as they people are delaying it by giving us 1 or 2 days time and after that no convincing reply they give. I hope you will look into this matter ASAP.....
