[Resolved] Hitachi Split AC — installation delay and no response from vijay digital narasaraopet | |||
I have purchased a hitachi split ac on 02.05.2012 and i have asked for instalation vijay digital, narasaraopet staff told me that your product will be instaled within 1 or 2 days. On 04.5.2012 i called the above said show room for instalation of my product. They told me that with in 1 hour our services will be done i have called a number of times but there is no response from their end. This show room is simply selling the product but not looking for customer service it is very poor performance. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hitachi Air Conditioner — Delay in installation
I have purchased 1 No.2 T Window AC from Hitachi through Vijay Sales and AC has not been installed till date. Date of purchase 8.4.2012 and date of delivery 10.4.2012. Every time when I request the customer serviced they will send urgent request and the technician shall contact shortly.I hope that the AC shall be iinstalled before winder!!!. The service of Hiutachi is very poor. Unless the Hitachi management takes proper action, they will be losing customers.

Hitachi — No Response For Installation Of AC
I have faced such trouble from Hitachi and am still facing it. I bought a Hitachi AC on the 1st of may. After 2 days i was told that i have to register a request for installation on my own. I registered a request on the 4th of may, and i too was told that the AC would be installed in 48-72hrs.Req. No.: [protected]
But its been 7 days now, and still no response, even after repeated calls. All the executives have to say the same thing that 'I have forwarded your request, and I can't do anything beyond this'.
I was given the service center numbers from where my AC will be installed, but nobody answers the phone.
I am very disappointed with Hitachi, even without using the product.
No use spending extra on such a brand, as compared to other cheaper brands, when you cant even use the product for so long!!
The AC is lying in my room for so long, and my window is open since 10days, as i got my earlier AC removed.
