[Resolved]  Hll PureIT Water Filter — Poor Service of HLL Pureit Battery Kit

I registered a call on 10.03.2008 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 20.03.2008 I have not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. They gave a reply which is shocking, they have not registered a complaint which i have given on 10.03.2008 and they told that it would be delievered in another three days. The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. They are refusing that they have not received a call on 10.03.2008.

While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.

हो गया है लगभग मैंने ०४/०४/२०१० को battery kit का ओडर दिया था जो की मुझे बोला गया था आपको २४ से ४८ घंटे के अंदर सर्विस मिल जाएगी लेकिन आज ०७/०४/२००१ तक भी मुझे ओडर किया गया सामान नहीं मिला है अब फिर उनके यंहा काल की तो कहते है की आपका कोई ओडर ही नहीं हैं हिन्दुस्तान लीवर की इस लापरवाही और गैर जिम्मेदारना servise की वजह से मुझे काफी दिक्कत हो रही हैं मेरे छोटे-2 बच्चे हैं पानी को लेकर काफी परेशानी उठानी पद रही

I registered a call on 06.04.2010 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 09.04.2010 I have neither received the Battery Kit nor a call from customer centre. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. we have purchased pure it in the year 2008.two times that the red colour appeard in the item and we heve changed the necessary filters .
now also thet red colour appeard but we lost the cusamercare tel no so iam giving complaint through net

please suggest what is to be done now? shall I keep waiting for next never coming 3 working days or shall i throw the machine out and forget my hard earned money due to your inefficient service standard. Sevice standard at your Lucknow office is Sub-Standard and it is defaming the brand HLL

The service is really pathetic and no use to call to the customer care as nobody listen @ there call center. from the big company like HUL this is unexpected.
I have a same problam from past 15 days no service people have come to replace the battery.this is not the kind of service we accepet this days.I donot know what to do with the waterfilter.

If the co wants to take it back, send some one to the below address and take back the filter free of cost.

i fully agree with the complaint being the purit customer. the company is not caring of their valuable customer.

i ordered for GKB (battery kit) but after passing 15 days nobody is turned up for changing the same.

it is since more than a year and a half from when i asked for the battery kit.even i have vented out my feelings through mouth sut.com.there has been no response from the service people.now through a friend i came to know that one Mr.Rajesh is bringimng the kit on demand. now my fear is that wheter it is genuine or a duplicate one.he says that the capacity of the battery kit has been upgraded so also the price of the kit is and it now costs around Rs 510/-.is there anybody to take note of it and to trace it if it is a genuine kit or the other way.

I called the local supplier and he is insisting to buy a bgger one thatn one ordered for, compelling me to buy the expensive one. They said don't have th enormal one compelling me to buy the expensive one.

I registered a call on 06.06.2010 to Hindustan uniliver Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 12.06.2010 I have not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre they are simply telling my address and you are registered for battery kit on 06.06.10, and our technican will come today evening on every time of calling, they are not telling any reasons for replacing Battery kit and there are simply telling we are sorry for inconvenience, but they are not taking/feel any responsibility for replacing kit, there by customer will be happy/satisfied. in my view call centers is for telling our address and sorry for inconvenience in every time, not for rectify the customer complaints. This will leads to customer dissatisfaction and tell others to not buy products of that company. They giving add for selling there product but not for doing service after sales.

This is the Worst Service of the Hindustan uniliver Pureit Water Filter after Sales in my life.
Kindly refer to my complaint No. C10230271. In this regard I m to state that today, the 15th June, 2010, I received a call from No. [protected] at 4.35 pm, that a person is coming to my residence to attend the compalint. No one has ever came to my house. I received an SMS on my mobile No. [protected] at 6.46 pm from No. [protected] that my aforesaid complaint (No. C[protected] has been attended and I was asked to reply as SER 1 if satisfied and as SER 0, i[censored]nsatisfied. Since no person has attended my complaint there is no question of any satisfaction. That's why I promptly sent msg as SER 0, which was received by u, but a little later I again received an SMS as "Internal Server Error". I totally failed to understand ur attitude towards attending the customers complaints. Hope you will definitely look into the matter and my redress my grievance as early as possible...

Iam saravanakumar from vellore tamilndau, iam not happy at all about the performance of the customer care, what kind of service are they providing, i have registered so many complaints since 5.6.10,
to 28.6.10 complaint no's - c[protected], c[protected] etc all these had no responses, its feels bad to know that so many other customers are suffering from same problem. initially i had problems with water, i got a machine to fix it, now all the time iam fighting with the machine itself... if this is not getting fixed sooner i will never recommend it to my friends, not only this any of the unilever products.
and when i called today for an inquiry about the action taken i was shocked to listen to the person in the customer care saying "your compliant has been attended" i wonder from where did they get my signature, i still have the problem nothing got fixed.

i had purchase ur pureit system after assurance for giving the best service o[censored]r comlains 'but after the selling their unit they did ot rember that how many times ihad make a cmplain .every time pure it ciustomer care imployee told that or provide the service within 24 hrs.but i do not know that which 24 hrs they told after purchasing my unit within a month i feced the problem .but after complaining abot 20 times they do not provide any . for ur kaind information to hll complain deptt. ifu do not solve the provlem within a 3 working daiys i will go to consumer forum .so kindly take the matter seriously because i have all ready collect all the details against u.

HLL — Battery not Received

I have bought the pure from Hindustan lever ltd..at that time they assured me to get the timely service.On 27 June 2010 i called on custumer care for replacing the battery.He told me that they will send the person withinn 2 working days but nobody came. On 2 July again i called and agian got the assurance to get it in next day but nobody came. On next day i.e 5th i again called and again got assurance to get it next day.
