Hmt Limited — Damage to the checked in baggage

I am the King Club Gold Card Member (no.[protected] frequently travel by king first class. Recently when I travelled my baggage was damaged and on complaint King Fisher got it repaired and delivered back to me on 5/8/09. I took up travel on 13/8/09 to Delhi and back on 14/8/09 (PNR BFYKQS) the said baggage again got damaged (stroller wheels have been pulled out) due to rough and rude handling of the baggaged inspite of fragile sticker on the bag. The staff is not taking the complaint as they say PIR is not made on arrival and the yellow copy is not there. This is the second time such a rude handling has been done and baggage damaged. I am hereby claiming a new stroller bag from King Fisher. Please arrange.
