sir, Low pressure or No water to domestic water supply connection to the following house no.:-MIG Block-5 flat 18, 14, and 22 in Bhagyanagar Colony, Opp. Care Hospital Nampally Hyderabad -1. The exisiting water supply connection is from 150 feet distance. we all applied for alternative water connection for boring on par with MIG BLOCK-5 FLAT NOs17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 is 25 feet to 60 feet adistance, water connecting point accordingly the manager(engg) Mr. Krishna Prasad, HINDI NAGAR Section Sub Dn. II O&M Dn. IV PERMITTED and granted permissio and we all paid the fee for boring. charges the Recept nos 7038369/70/71(Rs 1500 /- each o[censored]s on 20/5/2009) the same was also brought to the notice to DY, GM OF BOGGULAKUNTA OF HMWS&SB MR. pratap. but illegally the above mentioned house owners of the same block people obstructing the digging work for new water connection of the same block without any valid reason. by th by we came to know that they are all keeping illegally water pumps of one hp power or even higher HP PUMPS. therefore we have given oral commplaints to water works of anti theft squad of HMWS&SB HINDI NAGAR HYB CI MR. i have paid the water bill on 9/03/2010 through net bill pay from icici bank for the amount of Rs.1012/-. but today i have received a message : you have Rs.1012/- due for the water bill . last date is 20/03/2010. pay immeditealy otherwise your connection will be disconnected.

The above complaints are solved or not that is not the criteria.
Being a sufferrer I receive water monthkly twice or thrice i.e two or three times ina month How I have to pay bills. The Water Board should persue the matter on top priority on those who are not receiving water regularly, to get sufficient water atleast every three days. But our area is under SAINATHAPURAM - PRAGATHINAGAR FROM PLOT NOS.172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 178
179, & 180 TO 189 WILL NOT GET WATER REGULARLY AS ON TO DAY IN OCTOBER WE HAVE RECEIVED ONLY TWO (2) TIMES WATER ONLY. i DO NOT KNOW WHY OTHERS ARE GETTING WATER REGULARLY AND WHY WE ARE NOT? WHERE IS THE SOLAVATION, IT IS TOTALLY INJUSTICE TO US. BOARD AUTHORITIES SHOWLD TAKE CARE. HALF AN HOUR WATER SUPPLY AND IRREGULAR TIMINGS:-
The water supply is only for half an hour after 4 days. It is very difficult for us as we have no other source of water facility. The timings are very irregular and the whole day is spent in waiting for water alone. I am a working woman and it is highly impossible for me to apply leave only to fill water. I hope your department will look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND HAS TO BE ADDRESSED QUICKLY.

the water releasing time is after 10.00am-is it possible to fill water at that time!-i have to attend office at 09-00am-surprisingly the lane before my lane gets water at 08-30am-in our colony most of the people are working people, in some cases husband & wife both will go for work-by this way of releasing water at odd time lot of water is getting wasted-i am staying in this colony for last 20 years but never such problem was there-i have requested the water releasing person/department number of times-but no action-please don't make a system where lot of water is wasted

We resident of H.No.8-4-369/300/A, Swaraj Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad. We are not getting pressure in water for past 6 months. From past 7 days we getting polluted water and not maintaining timings while leaving water. Some time evening at 4 p.m. and sometimes at midnight 12 a.m. Int this regarding we complained in the complaint cell but we could not get any change in the timings and low pressure. So please take necessary action on them and avoid polluted water.

HMWS&SB — torurturing the consumers of malkajgiri muncipality
Sir/ Madam,I am a resident of Malkajgiri municipality, The water supply has been transferred to HMWS&SB, all the consumers have been paid the bills upto march-2010 to the malkajgiri muncipality, inspite of paying the bills regularly as the details of the payment was not handed from muncipality to HMWS&SB, the consumers are asked to give affidavit on Rs. 10/- non judicial stamp paper with details of the bill paid to the muncipality. As the problem is with muncipality not maintaining proper details. the official responsible should be punsihed not the consumers, who pay the bill regularly, every one(around 10000consumers) has to shell around Rs.200/- and one day leave to make and give affidavit inspite of having original bills paid to the Malkajgiri muncipality. I request not to trouble the consumers for the non co-operation between Malkajgiri muncipality and HMWS&SB

MY AGED PARENTS ARE STAYING IN 44, 3RD CROSS, MANORAYANAPALYA, BANGALORE SINCE LAST 27 YEARS.SIR, WE HAVE TAKEN WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION(CONSUMER ID 6008). THE WATER SUPPLY TO OUR HOUSE IS VERY POOR AND IRREGULAR THEREBY CAUSING HARDSHIP TO MY PARENTS.THEY HAVE TO RESORT TO TANKERS FOR MEETING THEIR DAY TO DAY REQUIREMENTS. SIR, THE DEFENCE MINISTER HAS SPECIFICALLY WRITTEN TO ALL CHIEF MINISTERS AND ALL STATE ADMINISTRATIONS TO LOOK AFTER THE FAMILIES OF DEFENCE PERSONNEL P[OSTED AWAY FROM THEIR FAMILIES.SIR, KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED WATER SUPPLY TO MY HOUSE.
