[Resolved]  Hofincons — Spoiling employees

Hofincons chennai mangement (laz'Babu, surendar and others) cheating the employees . the are not providing the PF,final settlement and others even if properly relived(1 year back) , we (200 employees) asking about it but they are not responding to any workers,already police case filled against this company regarding pf amount ,simply spoiling the people's life(endless) eg.,Not providing OT amount fully where is cut-off 2 OT for each and every persons for every month, hofincons management they are concentrate only for them incentives.NOT providing ESI for any single persons Increment,bonus,salary slip. particularly pay slip is not transparency ,....so youngsters and old peoples Pls DON'T COME TO HOFINCONS humble request..........................
