We have a problem in our refrigerator with respect to the cooling and I reported the same at Home care service center and one mechanic came in the month of August 2012 and took both the PCB from the refrigerator along with him. His name was Rohit cell no.[protected] and they are not giving us back the PCB of our refrigerator which cost around Rs 7500/-. I am talking to them almost each and everyday and they are making fool of mine by changing their names e.g on the same number he told me his name Suresh Tyagi and Rohit Gupta. Even they are not picking my phone. Finally they have given a contact no. of Rohit Manjal: [protected] from Gurgaon.Head Office:

He said he will retun my PCB but still I did not recive my Prefrigerator PCB. When I asked him that I want to talk to their manager he is not picking my phone. This is a big fraud which they are doing by not returning our refrigerators PCB.
