[Resolved]  Home Loan — NON RECEIPT OF COPY OF CONVEYANCE DEED

I have taken Home loan of Rs 9 Lacs vide A/c No [protected] for repayment in 20 years on EMI of Rs 9290/- per Month

I have done registration of said flat in Aug`07 with Registrar of Assurances Kolkata. I have submitted the orignal IGR copy t the bank thereafter they hand over me the said Loan Chq.

Since then I have approch to your Lords Building Branch at A.J.C Bose Road Kolkata for certifed copy of my registered conveyance Deed but sorry to inform you that inspaite of My several visit to your branch & meeting with Ms Baisakhai Saha I have yet to receive the same.
every time she give me reply that they have not receive the same. Can you belive that after almost I year have passed your branch have not received the orignal copy of conveyance deed from the registration Authorities
Further I have asked my effictive Interest rate for said loan them after your bank increase Interest Rate I am yet to receive any response from your end
Therefore please look in the matter & send me the ciopy of conveyance deed with effictive Interest Rate.
