SPARKING IN SWITCH OF MICROWAVE OVEN, HANDLE SWITCH BURN IT .I DID COMPLAINT IN IFB CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE ON (21.12.2010) TUESDAY COMPLAINT NO.IS[protected]

I baught a product from homeshop18 shop my complaint no[protected] .But Replacement Time They Do not want Replacement homeshop18 product.

This is the one of the worst online shopping site...

This is my own experience...I have purchased a neck-less from HomeShop18 in month of Feb.2014 but after delivery of that neck-less I was not satisfied so I sent back the same and did the online complaint and did complaint on customer care no. to refund my amount but till date I have not received the response from HomeShop18...So this is my to inform you all guys beware from this online shopping company...

i m rajendra sharma kota (Raj.) maine aapko homeshope 18 ke replacment ki complain ki thi aapko batan k bad unka phon aaya tha unhone POD (proof of delivery) manga tha wo b maine de diya hai saterday ko (30.08.14) ko mail kar diya tha lekin uske bad abhi tak b koi replay nahi aaya hai jabki bola tha ki pod milte hi hum aapka product replac kar dege damage set ki photo b mail kar chuka hu. sir i have buy an zomo sprint tab zc702 but when i open the box i saw that the the tab screen was broken and i complaint homeshop 18 and they come and take my tab all things on 18 july 2016 and when i call them they told me that your order has been recieved by us and it is gone for quality check now it is 26 july and i dont get my tab my order no is[protected] and mobile no is [protected] name raj kumar thakur

I had purchased two shirts of 42 numbers vide Hope Shop Order No. [protected] recently. The shirts were delivered but the shirts were not comfortable to me, I called up Home Shop helpline slight late i.e. after two days, as I was very much busy with my work. When I tried these shirt, I found these not comfortable and requested Home Shop 18 for replacement on third day, in return, Home Shop 18 helpdesk straightway rejected my request for replacement of these shirts of 42 number to 44 number.

Normally I wear 42 number shirts, but I don't know what is the reason why this number of branded shirts are short to me. Anyhow, If this is the way of working, I must recommend customers not to buy clothing from Home Shop 18, as they don't understand their consumer's problems and just strict to their policies, if any. In exceptional cases, they should allow their customers. If the customer becomes habitual to it, then they should stop entertaining such customers.

Meanwhile, if possible, HS 18 should think about it and replace these shirts.

I had purchased I kall calling tab dual Sim vide order No [protected] sub Order No[protected] dated 07.07.17 but it is a defective one and does not work at all . it does not switch on

Please replace and give me a good one
