[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refusal to cancel order | |||
I have placed an order for a pendant to Homeshop18 yesterday (I was told that the product would reach within 10days) and after reading the complaints on this website I immediately called the company to cancel the order. They told me that they cannot cancel the order and that I should wait till the courier person lands at my doorstep and simply refuse to take the product. That they do not have a mechanism through which they can cancel an order which is so convenient on their part. Now my concern is that the courier guy might create a problem. I feel that it is better not to buy any products with out actually seeing the same. Homeshop18 had subjected me to unneccesary anxiety. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had placed an order with Homeshop18 vide order#[protected] on 12.05.2012. Mode of payment Credit Card.
Today is 12.06.2012 and the product has not been delivered yet!! I have also raised two support tickets (#72010627 and #[protected] for the issue but I haven't received any proper explanation as to when the product will be delivered.
I have to followup everyday to track the delivery but to no good, every time i get the same reply "we have send a mail to the vendor" from the ineffective and unprofessional customer service executives.
Also they refuse to cancel my order stating the reason that "it is already shipped" (when I have not received it yet!!)
Please Help!!
