[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — HS 18 denied for money refund

Yeh, The HS 18 are professional cheaters.I know very well that even if they are not maintaining quality as well as services.Very very poor in after sales services.Useless shopping.

Same is the Case with me. There dispatch system is Pathetic. What ever they commit, never fullfill. Seems they are not interested in maintaining CE. I will ensure going forward that noone from my company purchase anything from them!!!

HS 18 are professional rogues. They have charged me Rs9950/-+80/-courrier charges. But the vendor from where they have send it to me have billed for Rs.6999/-. Now HS18 customer care is not entertaining my query about this. I am going to Consumer court. You also should go there for the protection of your rights as consumer.

Never order anything from HS18. False promise, defected products, No tracking of complains.

Order no.[protected]free shipping) - Placed an order 0n 4th Oct'12, Order not delivered yet. Had got a call from the delivery man on 9th Oct'12. He said the order is on the way and will be delivered same day (9/10/12). He asked regarding payment of shipping. When i told him that the shipping is not charged as per HS18, he said then the order wont be delivered that day. This is my first experience with HS18, felt ridiculous as he even disconnected call without finishing it. It was informed me by sms on 8th Oct'12 that order will be delivered in 2-3 days on 8th Oct'12.
Had taken leave from work to accept the offer. Pathetic service. Most importantly i even paid the entire money and still no value for money or time. Today is 15th Oct'12, still did not receive any call or mail from them for their terrible service in spite of booking one complaint on their website.

i have been shopping with hs 18 sice last three months and they are really a professional fraud, , , , my 2 products's refund is hanging in between since last 45 days and they are making false commitment only and 1 more thing they have hired chaep courier service first flight which asks to customers to collect the product from its office only

dnt ever buy any product from hs18 they make the customer crazy to wait for the delivery and when delivery time is near they says your order has been cancelled as you denied to accept the product

bigbaazar is also a chaeter they 1st give the add in papers and magzines and at the time of shopping the says this offer is out of stock

We got the wrong delivery of molli ..kurtas...we have returned the wrong pack...bt till now even after 10 days we have not received the correct pack as replacement.kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
