i have purcahse a wespro hanycamera from homeshop18 online shooping.but from day one it is not working and and i have send camera to wespro head office mumbai. from courier.but no feed back is with me and no solotion happen to my complain.i already send a complaim to consumer forum and to the company itself. now if it is not solve i have to give legal noitce from the cour.t Was this information helpful? I have purcahsed a Wespro DV528-5 Megapixel Camcorder with 8X Digital Zoom from homeshop18 online shooping vide order no.[protected] dated 13.09.2010 and received the goods on 22.09.2010.but from day one it is not working and and I have conveyed the message to the authority.But till date I have not heard anything from their end.It is very disgusting which making rethink me to purchase any goods from them in future, if their dealing with the customer are remain unchanged.Kindly do the needful immediately.
