I placed an order at home shop 18 on 12 aug 12. I sent cheque of required amt on 13 aug 12 by courier. Courier at your end was received on 17 aug 12.
Amt was deducted from my acct on 22 aug 12. For the past 02 days status of my order is indicating is that payment under clearance. Could you please clarify this specific delay? At the time of booking i was told that 08 to 09 working days, you will deliver me my order. Already 12 days have passed and you are telling me that my payment is under clearance. Kindly expedite in delivering me my order, details are as follows.
