[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Delivery Time | |||
I had ordered a Sony laptop on December 7 and was scheduled to receive it by Wednesday and it is Friday today, I still have not received it. Home shop 18 and my customer relationship manager has completely misled me and provided me with false information, without any intention of delivering it by Wednesday. I had been assured that I will receive my product by Friday. Even today, I had been hoaxed into waiting for the end of day, but now, they claim it is the fault of the courier service and I will receive it by tomorrow. They are completely refusing to pay any sort of amount for the delay and instead offering a small amount of Rs. 500 gift coupon, I believe, they have absolute no regards for the customer or to even insure, the customer receives their specific product in time.
