I have purchased a 6L geyser polar company through home shop 18 on 29 /nov /2008.order no[protected].on the time of purchase they told warranty is of 2 years and the same is mentioned in the warranty card also.i have ordered the product in my native vidisha and i was in bangalore .when the product came it was in tampered condition and its cartoon and 3 pin socket was broken .my mother recieved the product than on jan 2009 i came and saw that the product was not working and on connection ,it is leaking ,then i calles to customer care they told to take to the service center,but there was no service center in the bhopal region ,they told and didnt take any action ,furter complaint given on july 2009 and no response was there ,than i came from bangalore on again march 2010 than i called than they told as there is no service center in bhopal region you bring the product in bangalore as there is service center, or you send the product to us via TNT COURIER.Then i bring the product in bangalore than again i called than they had given some wrong no and none of the no is working than i told that i send the product back via TNT courier they denied and telling that the warranty is of 1 year.i have warranty card mentioning 2 year . every time i called they will say we are forwarding and escape.they have cheated me and forged me,my hard earn money goes to drain,caused mental trauma.please dont buy any thing from home shop 18. I truly agreed with the above customer, as they send the damaged product either they have to replace the product or to give service to the customer .Home shop 18 customer care is not able to solve customer problem . they harassed lot of customers, there company should be closed and stringent action to be taken.
