This is Vijay Madhukar, who had booked VOX A8800 Mobile and the same i have received it but it was shown that a 2 GB memory Card will be given free, but i have not received any such thing. So can i know plz that why it is not been sent with the mobile. Plz do reply my mail.

You will received the 2Gb card 15 days after you receive the phone. So hang in there. Even i have booked the same piece from home shop 18, this is what they told me. Could you pls tell me how is the phone ?
is it worth the price??

I agree that the phone is a good one, but it has less battery backup. But Homeshop18 is a bad seller. The seller has sent me an incompatible charger and their answer to my comlaint is very very poor. After selling the product they forget all. Now they are in an upper position even if they are at a mistake.. It is the moral duty of the seller to see that they win the customer. If they dont resolve my problem successfully, I will never purchase anything from them and also advise my friends and other buyers not to purchase anything from them.

I have intrest in vox a8800 mobile phone i would like to is it worth buying or isi t value for money

Home shop 18 is not a trust-able.I send two drafts, first was torn-out when the second is lost.I con't received anything.

I have purchased mobile VPS-303 from times shopping.
It has one defect. I do not have customer care number.
In the bill number is given but they are not picking the phone.
How can I approch to get help.

Recently i received a VOX mobile which is a china make. I am surprised that HomeShop and Times Of India can sell such product which is not good at all. I was not aware that VOX is of China make otherwise i wouldn't have gone for it. Bluetooth nor USB nor WAP is working. I have been fooled !!!.

i agree with all those people really the alpha radio and home shop collabratio is nothing but a they never respond and if by mistake they took the phone they put it down, i buyed vox ves 150 and was promised of 1 gb memory but the memory was not there led torch too not wor king and the phone hangs many time there is a warranty but the office is in delhi, , so the hell is that we all have to suffer the people in delhi why u all are not taking steps...
