[Resolved] honda activa 2 wheeler-sainikpuri branch — improper service misleading the customer
this is in regard to the arrogant and careless behaviour of the honda activa showroom mechanics and staff ,who are not doin the service part of the vehicle ,i hav complained several times to the head office honda activa showroom ,ranigung,regarding this behaviour ,but in vain.
every time i give the vehicle for servicing SAINIKPURI BRANCH
1.the baTtery is not charged properly
2.the washed vehicle is not cleaned dry ,with water left out in the storage shelfs
3.bolts in the sorage shelf are not fixed properly ,go missing sometimes .
4.they try to misguide the cu stomer ,by saying the part is no more working get it changed,or the spare parts are not available.
5.3 MONTHS ago the dome of the head light was shaking and creating noise all the time for which i was asked to change the handle rod because there was some extension which attached the dome and the handle was broken and cannot be welded or repaired ,when the same was shown at the main head ofice (RANIGUNG)they fixed it and gave it to me ,is this the way people are misguided and cheated .
i request who ever is incharge for the sainikpuri (neredmet) branch of honda showroom ,take action else u will lose ur customers and a bad reputation for ur own showroom.
i hav been a customer since about 5years ,and was very happy when the showroom was being opened ,because it was convenient for us and the customer care also was excellent .
now i think because of the increased number of customers ,the care is goin down the drain,some stupid excuse is given and the customer is turned away or tell him that the part is gone go for new spare parts.
