SUBJECT: REGARDING THE DELAY IN ISSUE OF HONDA ACTIVA BIKE AND CHANGE OF COLOUR CHOICE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF WITH CUSTOMER[protected][protected]sir/madam,this is to bring to your kind notice that i miss BAREM SURYA KUMARI (state govt.teacher)D/O:B.KONDALA RAO .,S.I. OF POLICE . has shown interest in buying honda activa bike on 26/4/2012 at MITHRA HONDA,MITHRA MOTORS PVT.LTD,,#32—26—126/11,OPP.BSNL BHAVAN,ELURU ROAD,CHUTTUGUNTA,VIJAYAWADA—520004 PH.NO:[protected] EMAIL:[protected]@gmail.com...,,,,after speaking with the showroom staff we were promised to get the favourite colour BLACK COLOUR HONDA ACTIVA bike as soon as possible.we have not given any deadlind delivery date to the showroom bike but requested to make it as soon as possible.after hearing the promising words of showroom staff we PAID THE FULL AMOUNT rupees 60,484/--only ALSO ON THE PAYMENT BILL IT WAS CLAERLY WRITTEN BLACK COLOUR HONDA ACTIVA WITH ACCESSORIES on seeing it only we paid the bill.we were also given option for GREY colour honda active to which we were not fully convinced.even on the issue file also it was written as BLACK colour later on erased with white paint and GREY colour was written on it without intimating the actual bike owner and the file sent to honda company for bike issuing and invoice statement which is done without notice to the actual owner and on the own decision of showroom staff to fabricate the customer choice.the honda showroom staff person Mr.DHINKAR talked to my doctor son on phone so arrogantly criticising his busy schedule and social status and shouting out loudly in the showroom to get the attention and support of other showroom staff.also he claimed that he was so busy and working 14 hours a day for honda showroom and cannot spare time to us and ordered my doctor son to come urgently to give explanation regarding the bike delivery and colour choice.we complained to the showroom executive but of no use who is supportinfg his employee not considering the customers interest.we now demanding immediate delivery of the bike or refund of full money.we are procceding to CONSUMER COURT through our lawyer.please take stern action on the showqroom authorities and staff and kindly make justice for us.([protected]@yahoo.co.in ;;;;phone [protected])

Honda Activa Scotter — Delay in Delivery

I had booked a Honda Activa two wheeler from the authorized dealer (Pilot 2Wheelers Pvt. Ltd., 5, Sunder Baug, Deonar Rd., Chembur, Mumbai 88.) on June 20'th 2009 by paying the Rs. 1000/- as an amount for advance booking. Based on their booking form it was stated that the delivery time will take approximately 45 to 60 days from booking. but, when i contacted the dealer on 22.08.09, they asked me to deposit whole money and wait again for minimum 20 days for delivery.
In this connection, I want to draw the attention of the main company that the poor and detoriate condition of your dealer at Mumbai. I[censored]r dealer want money from us to buy the bike from your end then how you will keep faith on that dealer for the big buisness? Hope, you (The company) will take a proper step to remove this confusion from the customer like us.
I am very much eagerly awaited for your proper action...
