[Resolved] Honda Activa Scooter — Unattending my accident claim | |||
I am writing this to bring to your kind attention a very unpleasant experience which I had from your local service centre at Shymas Honda, Kayamkulam. I had handed over my Honda Activa Scooter for accident claim to this centre on 15/05/2013. I clearly mentioned the essential maintenance to be done and the routine maintenance to the reception as well as to the chief mechanic. But the concerned staffs at the service centre were very reluctant to hear my complaints or give an explanation. Was this information helpful? | |||
