Dear sir, Hereby i furnish my grievances faced from your authorised service centre. No-52,Thiruvalluvar street, Sugumar nagar, Kalitheerthalkuppam, Madagadipet post, Pondicherry-605107, Ph:[protected], Mob:-[protected], Email:- [protected]@yahoo.co.in Type of scooter:- Honda Activa - Standard (grey colour) Date of purchase:- [protected] Invoice number:- 10IN00308 Date of invoice:- 16-04-10 Chasis Number :- ME4JC445CA8429478 Engine number:- JC44E0590194 Price of the scooter:- Rs 42800.00 Distance ridden so far:- 1803 Kms Free services availed so far:- 1 st free service. My scooter was damaged by a small accident on 22-06-10 I left the scooter for repairing on 23-06-10 to the above mentioned authorised service centre. Spares requested to change:- 1) Changing of new front fork assembly 2) Changing of new front mud gaurd 3)Changing of new Front wheel drum 4)Changing of new back brake lever. 5)Changing of new bumber for front mud gaurd. Job card number of authorised service centre mentioned above:- 1110 Estimated delivery date of the vehicle given by service centre: 10 days[protected] Following are the grievances faced by your valuable customer:- a)There is no proper response given by the service centre when enquired about the delivery of the vehicle b)When i ask about the status of the vehicle at around 10 AM ,they ask us to call after 1 hour c)When i call after 1 hour they say that the mechanic has gone for lunch ,he will come at around 4 PM ,and asks to call at around 4 PM d)When i call at 4 PM they say that the mechanic has gone outside e)I has to make calls regularly 4 to 5 times daily to them ,but even then there is no proper reply from the service centre f) I had made nearly 73 calls to them for the past 15 days but even till date they had not delivered the vehicle to me g)I had gone in person to enquire about the delivery of the scooter,but the job card itself was found to missing even after 15 days has passed,In such cases how will they deliver the vehicles with properly attending the faults. h)They are not responding properly and when gone personly they say that the spares has not till now reached them , saying that the spares has to come from noida i)When i went after 2 days they say that the mechanic is on leave and the scooter will be delivered after 2 days j)When i went after 2 days the vehicle has not even touched k)When i met the service manager Mr:- Prem kumar he said that the vehicle will be delivered today itself l)I had asked to show them the records of the spares for what they placed the order to honda ltd.,They were not in a position to show that also Do suggest me in this regards 1) When will the vehicle delivered to me with full complaints attented by the authorised service centre 2)The vehicle has been standing ideal for the past 27 days ,in that case what will be the condition of the battery installed in the vehicle. 3)What will be the condition of the engine oil inside the vehicle which has standing ideal for nearly 27 days. HONDA ACTIVE SCOOTER — POOR SERVICING STANDARDS
Honda Active scooter was purchased about 11 months back from BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH authorised agent. Since last six months the vehicle front wheel has particular complain that is it doesnot move freely.Something is touching the wheel.
The complain was taken up with the authorised service station during 2nd, third free warranty servicing, but the service station people doesnot recognise the complain and hence they do not attempt to repair the same. Are they doing it purposely so that the warranty period, during which they have to repair free, elapses and they can charge exorbitantly from the customer?
Please take up the matter with company and help resolve it.
