[Resolved] Honda Cb Unicorn Dazzler — I HAVE NOT GOT THE ACCESSORIES AFTER ONE MONTH OF FULL CASH DOWN PAYMENT | |||
I HAVE PURCHASED THE NEW HONDA CB UNICORN DAZZLER ON CASH PAYMENT ON 05/09/2010 FROM RAJPAL HONDA (238/A,ZONE-1,M.P.NAGAR,BHOPAL-462011). AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY SAID THE ACCESORIES ARE NOT AVALABLE TODAY IT WILL COME AFTER ONE WEEK. NOW HOLE 1 MONTH HAS PASED I HAVE NOT GOT THE ACCESORIES(LEG GAURD AND SAREE GAURAD) .THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING THE ACCESORIES TO THEM SO HOW WILL THEY PROVIDE TO ME SO WAIT TILL THEY GET IT. ANOTHER THING I ALSO APPLIED FOR THE R.T.O VEHICLE REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCT THROUGH SAME RAJPAL HONDA SHOWROOM . 1 MONTH HAS PASSED I HV NOT GOT MY REGISTRATION NO. TILL DATE . I ASKED THEM ABOUT THIS THEY SAID IT WILL COME NEXT WEEK TILL NOW THE HOLE MONTH HAS PASSED.I COULD NOT DRIVE MY BIKE BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY REGISTRATRION NO. AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY TAX PAPERS SO THAT I CAN PERSONALLY APPLY FOR THE NO. Was this information helpful? | |||

Why do people buy just because of Honda name ??? There are lots of other good quality bike makers in india, eg, suzuki, yamaha, Tvs. First look at all the options. See which bike maker offers more features for price. Why people blindly buy honda bikes at higher price and lesser features and regret later? Honda and herohonda are too very arrogant. They dont care about customers once they get the money. The will not replace parts under warranty, saying parts are not available. But when warranty is over, then the are ready to replace the parts. That is their idea. Honda has given low-power 4 AH battery in dazzler and removed kicker. Old unicorn has 7 Ah battery and also has kicker.
