[Resolved]  Honda Cb Unicorn Dazzler — Problem with poor mileage, suspension and brake pad worn out

This is in regards to the problems I am facing in my new bike CB UNICORN DAZLLER.

Regret to inform you that I never enjoyed this bikes quality as this comes with loads of problem and I should call this as first failure product from Honda india and I have took 5 years extended warranty and one year service warranty from your dealer EVM motors Trivandrum because I expected much more better service support and now I am regretting for the same. I have used the old unicorn and I was very happy with its performance. That was the only reason why I purchased an upgrade model o[censored]nicorn( as you claim).

The problems I am facing in this bike are

1) Mileage below 40 KMPL
2) Poor suspension
3) Premature burn out of rear brake pad.

I have sparingly used the bike and the meter reading is 6000kms only. Mileage is a BIG problem , company claims 60 for this bike and it gives only 30+KMPL every time I report this problem the show room people say this problem will be resolved( not only this of course they will resolve all the problems). Now all the warranty service is done and still the problem is not resolved and they are simply saying that they have adjusted , it will become ok. Only the services in outstanding service schema is to be done. now they don’t have any answer and they couldn’t find the root cause of the problem. mileage is even lesser than 220cc bike , my friends owns pulsar 220cc which gives a mileage of 35kmpl).

The same happened with the suspension problem. Every time I raise this complaint they simply adjust the shock from hard to soft position and vice versa. They are not even performing any through check up. They convinced me on each service by telling that they will inform me the Honda company’s own person visit and he will check and rectify my problem and yet it didn’t happen.
From the last month onwards my bike is idle because the rear brake pad have worned out ( the meter reading is 6000kms only) and started making damage to the rear disc. This rear disc functionality was one of the reasons why purchase this model. The same is damaged now. I have enquired all your local dealers for the brake pad , and I am reminding them every week of this requirement . but every time I am getting the same reply that the stock is not ready and parts are not available. Why the hell Honda is launching this bike when the parts are not yet ready? How can you good support to its product?.
I am writing this just to inform you that what is the quality of your product and the quality of service done at Honda show rooms and quality of the people you have.
