[Resolved]  Honda CBF Stunner — Complaint of Defect and poor customer services

Subject: Complaint of defect in bike and poor customer dealing & services.

I have purchased a Honda stunner from Ganpati Autos in Gurgaon on 13th December 2009.

Just after 2 days the oil started leaking out of the engine. I report the same to Ganpati Honda service centre in Gurgaon on the first service i.e., after a week of purchase. But they didnt do anything. Now on the second service i.e, on 27th January 2010 they said the oil seal is broken. But why didnt they replaced the same on 1st service(you can check for the same on job card- yellow slip). Oil packing leaked in 2 days of purchase is a manufacturing defect.

A brand name like Honda should not entertain such practices. Moreover the side panel of the bike came out of the hook in 3 days after the purchase(which is again a defect).

Moreover today when i get to Ganpat service center in Gurgaon to take my bike the replaced oil seal was billed to my account(again why didnt it was replaced on 1 st service, it leaked within 2 days of purchase) anyway, the service manager Mr. Sunil Das within a second showed me the page and the line of your warranty and i paid for the same instantly.

Now when the bike came to gate the rear seat was missing aand when i asked for the same I have to wait for 30 mins to get an answer. Finaaly they said they lost it.

I told them that i will complaint the same to Honda Customer service then the service Mangaer said"abhi to aap pareshani mein"(rit now you are in trouble) instead of apology this was his reply.

How unproffesional behaviour and attitude. This is to bring in your information because you claim you follow international procedure and provide world class services but this kind of behaviour may malign your brand image.

I had to miss my office today and got salary cut, who will compensate for that because of the late delivery of bike from service center.

Is this the way to deal with customers?
Is this how you sell bikes?with defects?
Is this the way to serve customer?
Is this the Global way of selling, servicing & dealing with the customers?

Please let me know if you have taken any action & also let me know if you have not taken any action.

Hope to get respose from your side as sooner as it is soncerned with brand image, trust and consumer faith.

My name is vinod. i bought a honda stunner in feb 10 agencies name is aryabhangy honda KERALA. ERNAKULAM N. PARUR.the sender don't give crash guard i demand that product in so many times please give me a solution for that problem

cbf stunner (honda) — unsatisfactory service

dear manager, my self shri kant vyas had purchased stunner cbf from bikaner (rajasthan) from laxmi honda on 20 th feb 2010. i was glad to buy a honda product but the service facility of laxmi honda has disappointed me. The chain of my stunner makes noise from the first day. i took it to laxmi handa to rapair it for 4 times and i have also got it serviced once but notworth solution has come out yet . i have no hope to get the solution from their side. finally they told me that i will have to face this problem in this model. they are not agree to change the chainset becz the are not taking it seriously. they make a fun of this problem. even no one is their to help me. plz instruct me what to do and how to get my bike repaired. plz also take a stict action against laxmi honda's unsatisfactory customer service. i hope and await a quick responce from u .

Honda — cbf stunner

very very poor performance.
I have bought a honda cbf stunner on 19 th july,2010 from sangam honda in ghaziabad. But there is problem in bike's engine, and the dealer is denying my request. And also not giving me any satisfaction regarding my problem. So, i request you to take my problem seriously and find out the solution of my problem soon,....
i have been facing a similar complaint with my Honda Stunner bike... they sell the bikes very promptly.. but dont ensure that the customers get even a decent service. i am searching for spare parts of my bike at all possible service stations authorised by Honda. but no where the spares are available. how are we supposed to get our bikes repaired without spares!!! It is such a pathetic attitude of HMSI towards its customers!!!
i have taken a Honda CBF stunner bike i am facing an Engine problem (BEATING SOUND)
which have Engine warranty for 5 years.. but i am facing an Engine problem n they r telling me to pay 9000 RS for the repair they are telling that they wont give the warranty even they are not even caring when we went to the show room near naredmet Hyderabad, we are not satisfied with the service which you providing to the customers, they don't even have the spar parts of the vehicle
