Honda Cbr 150r — problem to bike after delivery

sir,
on 23rd of april i bought a new honda cbr 150 from vahini motors kollam,after the deliver from 24th onwards am facing problems during gear shift,adn i found that the radiator fan is also not working,, due to several probs i cnt cntct them and on 27th i went to there service centre ,and done the first service during the first service they told me tht the radiator fan leaf is worn out and the gear shift parts are also hvng prob ,,they can even get me the parts?? due to newly launched vehicle,; do i given my 1.36 lakhs for a half cbr 150r??
i need a remedy to this problem as soon as possible......honda is making indians a fool by using thier cb unicorn???
