[Resolved] Honda City Car — DAMAGE DURING SERVICING/DEFICIENCY,MISHANDLING&CHEATING | |
I BROUGHT MY SPARSELY USED HONDA CITY CAR WHICH HAS LOGGED ONLY 4250 KM FOR SERVICING TO APEX HONDA SERVICE CENTRE AT KURLA (E) ON OCTOBER 14TH IN A GOOD CONDITION. WHEN THE CAR WAS HANDED TO ME THE NEXT DAY TO MY HORROR I FOUND THAT THE FORWARD LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED.I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT IT WHEN IT WAS HANDED TO ME.WHEN I FOUND THE DAMAGE AND ASKED THE DRIVER HE SAID THAT HE HAD DONE IT. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER Mr SUNIL HE SPOKE TO ME RUDELY AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL ONLY REMOVE THE DENT AND NOT REPLACE THR BUMPER WHICH WAS FULLY DAMAGED. AS THE DAMAGED DUE TO MISHANDLING OF MY CAR BY APEX HONDA WHICH HAS MENTAL AGONY AND A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE CAR DURING THE VACATION AND HAD TO SPEND ON OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORT FOR MY USE. I PRAY THAT THE APEX HONDA SERVICE CENTRE ,KURLA (W ) WILL 1. REPLACE THE BUMPER WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED 2. SERVICE AGAIN AND FIND IF ANY OTHER DAMAGE HAS OCCURED 3.COMPENSTE ME WITH Rs 75,000 FOR THE MENTAL AGONY AND THE EXPENSES INCURRED BY ME WITHOUT MY CAR IN MY CUSTODY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER, kingsleymal Was this information helpful? | |
