[Resolved] Honda — denial of service during warranty period | |||
To, The Manager, HONDA MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER INDIA PVT LTD, GURGAON DST, HARYANA. Sir, myself deepti mohan we purchased a honda scooter(activa) in end of october under model code:SCV110 with frame no.ME4JC44 5K98286332 with engine no.JC44E 0314303 with a exide battery no.7E9642281 under Qwner name SH.Mohan Lal at address 666,sec-13 hisar.We facing problem in our battery from last 4 months so 4 that we talk to our dealer ask him the reasons & told them to repair it they did but it dosen't work,we told them again-again that it really very difficult for us.Now they r saying take ur battery to exide dealers for exchange we went there but dealer of exide in hissar denied us he is saying battery is out-of warranty period.now wat should we do Hisar dealer of activa is saying purchase a new battery.So,as our activa in warranty period why should we purchase plz kindly help us in this concern thanking you deepti [protected],[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
