Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Honda — Non Delivery of Booked Vehicle

Hello,

I would like to register a complaint regarding delivery of a booked Activa which was done on 2/4/2011. I was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 3 months and even after the time has elapsed, there was no call-back done to intimate us about the delay. now after enquiry, the vehicle was told to be out of stock once again and a not prefered colour was bein thrust upon us. Not even that, when the booking was made, the price of vehicle was Rs. 51,189 with accessories and now I'm being told to pay the current price of the vehicle which is approximately Rs. 1000 more than the price quoted while booking. Please can anyone explain this to me as the dealer has turned deaf ear to all this. this is alarming and I am seriously consider to pursue the matter further in case there is no response.

WITH DUE RESPECT I BEG TO SAY THAT I PURCHASED A HONDA ACTIVA ON 20JULY 2011, BUT FROM THE DAY ONE WAS FACING PROBLEM WITH THE HANDLE AND THE BREAK NOISE, SO NEXT DAY WENT TO THEIR SERVICE STATION AND MET MR.GULATI(MANAGER AT SERVICE STATION)HE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR AS NO TECHNICIAN WAS FREE, .BUT AFTER ONE HOUR ALSO THERE WAS NO ONE TO TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY, OF THE ACTIVA.SO I HAD TO RUSH FROM HERE AND THERE.STILL FACING PROBLEM WITH THE ACTIVA AS ITS NOT DULY CHECKED BY ANYONE.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER WOULD BE REALLY THANKFUL TO YOU.

Sir,
I am working in a District industries centre, hathras. From your ad and also from my Sister advice I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers on 25th of Fev 2010. . when i start my activa then that was cumpann very fast . i complaint 5 times your hathras and aligarh dealers for this problem but after servise only 2 days they work properley but after that confition was same. . Hence I request that the tell dekers at the earliest.
If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.

does this complaints really work?
i gave my activa atleast 4 times this month.its not a very old activa, its just 8 months old, im having a big problem with this bike.doesnt start sometimes, gave it 4 times for the same complaint, but
i, kanajam siva sankara sastrulu, vijayawada, have booked honda activa and paid full amout to dealer for honda two wheeler, vijayawada on 25/06/2011. my booking no- is bkg- 9491. they have not maintained any register for the vehicles booked and they have not displayed the status of the booking and date of delivery for customers intrest. pls provide the date of my vehicle delivery date.

Honda — Full payment before delivery of veh

I am Managing Director of Ojin foods Pvt Ltd Kozhikode, Kerala.
I booked one Honda Activa white Dlx model with M/s KTC Motors YMCA Road Kozhikode vide Booking No 58903 dated[protected]. Even after a year of waiting I finally got a call for delivery of vehicle.When I went to the dealer , for my dismay and horror I was informed to pay Rs 48,799-00 in full and wait another two months for delivery. I enquired the logic behind such rule they could not convince me and told me that this is the rule of Honda company. I cannot believe as this is draconean. Even after waiting for one year and paying for a vehicle prior to its delivery is amazing. I found that the dealer makes a lot of money like this and run the business with the money realised unauthorisedly from the poor public. This is a practice to be stopped immediately. as it is against the principle of natural justice and a contravention of Monopoly and Restrictive Trade pratice Act. If this is enacted by Honda manufacturer then I want to go to the court for legal remedies. If it is the whims and fancy of the so called nasty dealer who do not even know how to deal with the people then you are requested to rectify their mistake and take necesary action immediately. I am also a business man but such illegal business cannot be permitted.
Therefore you are here with requested to rectify the error and force the dealer who amase money and ill treat the customer . This is also on enquiry came to know that all sort of malpractice are being done by the dealer and even out of turn allotment is done to others by taking larger amount. Any how please initiate necessary action and rectify the anomoly thus render justice.

Honda Activa — Not delivered after more than 7 months

Dear Sir,

I have booked Honda Activa on 18/01/2011. At the time of booking delear said you will get after 6-7 month but, till date(25/08/2011) i am not getting the same.

I booked honda active in Vishnu Honda scooters in Isakathota Visakhapatnam (AP). I was asked to give cheque for 58, 500/- for develivering the vehicle. when I asked when the vehicle will be delivered the sales man said that I will be intimated in two or three days time .
I specificically aksed him to inform me before, while fitting accessories like seat cover grips etc. He said he will do so. After three days when i visted show room my vehile is ready with all fittings and some the things he did not fitted. I took the vehicle, after three days I found the fittings were not proper when is asked the dealer he simply said you could sit with the mechanics while fitting the exta fittings. While first servicing also he did not attend the problems i infromed him like handle was tight front box was not proberly fitted etc.
While second servicing also I was to move pillor post to get my vebilce after servicing I gave the vehicle in the morning 10.AM and scheduled to give at about 1800 hours, but to my surprse the vebicle was water serviced at 1730 hours in spite of repeated rreminders the mechnic just finished the job with 30 to 40 minutes and delivered the vehicle. Even for this I have to meet manager. whole staff feels that they delivered honda activa for customers at free of cost and do servcing at free fo costs. when ever I go in the mornng may people wiill be shouting the mechanics for poor serving of vehicles .
Many staffmembers are arrogant and not customer pleasing.
This is stae of affairs at Vishnu honda dealer at visakhapatnam
My vehicle numbers is AP 31BP 5932 G PRAMEELA.

Honda Activa — Poor service and lack of part

Dear Team ,
Iam yours customer of honda no. OR22E0177 . I Want to register this complaint for the unsatisfactory service since last 1 month . Services iam not satisfied at all. Iam really very dissappointed with your service as you have a great market value as we all know honda is famous for its product & rest the name is enough .When i given my honda for service and notified them about the problems occuring in bike but when i got the bike back after the service what i see that still its not complect due to lack of part . I am frustrated now , after asking as well the employees are not ready to resolve the problem & try to ignore & say lack of part . Unfortunately I am very sorry to say that for such a world class product for which we have to wait for 4 month to purchase it and than after purchase if we have to also wait for service than its realy the worst company in the world .
I will give the HONDA company below the local company as they can give good service .
Hoping that i will get better service .

i have purchased a honda dio,the vehicle is having all types of complaints.the head lamp kit is now replaced.i only got the floor mat and ladies foot rest after 3 months of the purchase.now i am having a problem with braking.i told this to the dealer within 2 days of my purchase,but they neglected it,now they changed the brake shoe.i payed the amount for it,but i am facing the same problem with braking immediately after this.they are neglecting again..please help me to find a solution.

I had booked unicorn on 24.12.2010 from OM SAI Honda Mahim Branch Mumbai,for which i had made full payment on 19.07.2011 and i was assured that i will get the delivery within a month.after one month I have to followup continueously then i was allotted the bike on 25.08.2011 & subsequently it was delivered on 31.08.2011 on T.C.No.and they verbally assured that i will get the permannet registration no.within 3 working days but unfortunetely till today i have not received registration papers despite repeated follwups,due to this i have to keep my bike ideally at my place.
i hope you will inform me reason behind the delay & will take sutable actin on my compliant.

Honda — non registration

Dear sir,
yesterday we have submitted a compliant regarding non registration of my bike from honda dealer.so far i have not received any response from honda.
I think honda never value their customer.

IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THESE MAILS FROM A AGENT NAMED CARLOS STEVE WHO DEMANDS TO BE A AGENT OF HONDA MOBILE DRAW LOTTERY ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. HE INFORMED US FROM A PHONE NUMBER [protected] THAT I SHOULD PAY RS 25, 600 IN INDIAN CURRENCY TO GET MY DESERVING £750, 000.00 GBP. THEN I RECEIVED PHONE CALLS FROM DELHI AIRPORT AND CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT THAT MY AMOUNT HAS BEEN DELIVERED THERE. THEN I TOLD CARLOS STEVE THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PAY THE Rs 25, 600 INSTEAD I TOLD HIM THAT I COULD PAY HIM Rs 6000 TO WHICH HE PROMISED TO HELP. NOW I AM RECEIVING MAILS FROM RESERVE BANK OF INDIA THAT MY AMOUNT HAS BEEN DELIVERED THERE AND I NEED TO CLAIM THE AMOUNT FROM THERE BY PAYING Rs 18, 500.
THE MAN CARLOS STEVE HAS SENT ME HIS WORKING ID CARD AS A PROOF WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED WITH THE CURRENT MAIL.
I THINK THAT THE MATTER IS FALSE.

I have booked for an activa with Purakel motors Kottayam and they collected full payment on august 26, 2011 and said that the vechicle is in transit and in a week time the vechicle will be delivered.Now almost a month after there is no response from the above agency.I need an immedte answer from the company on this.

Honda activa as the company should answer for the delears acting iresponsible for vechicle delivery.I booked a hona activa with purackel motors, Kottayam few months ago.I made full payment for the scooter on 26th august 2011.Now after a month time there is no update from deler on the delivery.

I have booked your Honda Activa (White colour) on 04/11/2010 at M/s Adithya Enterprises, Calicut.Kerala
He promised me to give delievery within 8 manths, & if i do full payment of 51, 864/- he will be delivering it with in 10 days & I did the full payment on 29/09/2011 but till now they are not delivery the vehical, every day they give some or the other excuse.
Pls take nessseary action immediately.

Honda — activa service problem

regarding my activa no:MH-02-CC90, purchase on 22oct 2010 ,km3600 at thane saipoint wen i west to do the service they are telling that if u r not doing the all 4 service we will not give u the warranty an at present now my main lock is not working properly so i reqest the company to solve my problem or else i would take some legal action , i am having 6 activa an 2 aviator but the thane saipoint service is one of the worst service center in india an i also request the company to start the new service centre at thane so pls follow my complain as soon as possible thankyou
