Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

To Honda Activa Customer Care,
I would like to bring to your notice about the following issues that has been raised by me long back and still not been solved.

1. From 1st day of purchase I have been facing the key lock issue and it has been raised during 2 servicing and still it has not been resolved.
2. During my 3rd Servicing at Saki Vihar center-Honda 21, I have faced a very rude behavior from the whole customer care professional. This is absolutely an unprofessional behavior from such a huge company and it is completely unacceptable from my end.
3. During my 3rd Service at Saki Vihar center-Honda 21, I brought 5 problems to their notice about my activa. But at the end of the service, they just washed the activa and no problems were rectified though. Infact, my Activa started making more noise and vibration as compared to my activa before servicing
4. Post my servicing, I visited the Saki Vihar center-Honda 21 thrice to resolve my problem and still I am facing average problem and yet not been resolved.
5. One of the worst service I faced was to wait for 1 hour for both the times I visited the centre
I would request you to look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.

servicing of honda activa reg no: KL-11-AL-861. The above vehicle was purchased from Adithya Honda, calicut. presently the vehicle is subjected to paid service an completion of 25000 kms. it is mentioned that after the vehicle has been serviced, five more defective complaints have cropped up. this signifies the inefficientservice cover given to the vehicle, the matter was reported to the service advisor twice, he turned a deaf ear.this is brought your notice to take remedial action, down the time of your esteemed organisation. thanking you is ancipation

Honda — Mileage problem

I purchase honda aviator Scooter HET model.. The company claims at an average of 60/km but my scooter gives an average of 35/ km. what can i do . thats an cheating with me. please take immediate action other wise i further procceed legally.

Honda — NO service Response

I purchase active on 1st sept-13, my 1st service due on 1st oct-13, but I wasn't get any kind of service reminder neither call nor message, and when I drag my scooter to service center they respond pathetically they not provide proper time. worst service I faced in my life ever

Dear Sir,

My name is Deepak Goyal adding this complaint from panjim Goa, for un satisfactory service provided by your authorized service center at Panjim (priority Honda). My vehicle No GA 07 A 8672 was given for service on 12.12.2013 with all complaints clearly mentioned on their Job card, Only on 12.12.2013 I received a call from the service center informing me with a ruff estimated cost plus they confirmed me they would be giving me a discount of 5%. I informed them to go ahead with work. they assured me vehicle will be given back to me next day, but to my regret they did't even called me. I then called them about the status they gave an excused that the parts are not available you can collect the vehicle on 14.12.2013 by 11.00 am. again in morning I did't received my vehicle. Finally I only called them and they inform me by 3.30 Pm u will get the vehicle. After reaching the service center. They made me waited for 1 Hour for only doing the billing. I paid Rs. 3614.00 for the service charges. I asked them my job is well done they informed by yes. Just removing my vehicle i heard they same sound for which i had made the complaint. i spoke to them they informed me that it is a silencer noise and it is Worth rs.4500/-. Was price the matter ? when you had given the estimate and i said to go a head then why my job was not done. My KM reading was not working they said they have changed cable component it is working hardly driving Few meter i again went to service center and informed them the reading is not working. I was surprised to hear the excuse they said part is not available then why you have changed the cable component ? None of my Job was up to my satisfactory. They did't returned me the parts changed. No discount was given. They did't bothered to revert back to me for my vehicle. its was me who called them for status. Sir we are also into service industry and we know how the customer gets annoyed when no details are provide by the service provider.

In short the kind of service provided has given a bad image for a company like you of high repute. I hope making a complaint, you will take action on your service center. Details of M/s. Priority Honda Talegaon Panjim Goa. My Inv. No 131W11361 dated 14.12.2013.

Honda — booking refund not received

i have given the application to refund the booking amount for honda amazea at least for months back. it was under the name naresh kumar gupta and booked in may. i had booked it in a honda dealer in jagadhri. but after many visits to the dealer i still not have recieved my booking amount.mobile [protected]

Before leaving my bike honda twister there was no noise coming from engine. but now it giving much noise after service. so i again reach honda service centre and they gave my bike aft 2day.now also its giving much noise than before. for this where can i get support. pls help.

Respected sir, I have bought a Honda CB Trigger about 5 months back. With the promise of delivering approximately 60kmpl, I am currently getting a mileage of only 35. Kindly let me know if Honda can check my bike in case there are any issue with the engine. Please help me

Honda service center in Jhilmil (Delhi) has poor service quality & also they are not working on time, they are just trying to make fool the customer mostly those whose vehichle are in gurantee.

i have given my scooty there for service on 13/3/2014 at 8:45 am and they said your scooty will be ready upto 2pm on the same day and now they told that the parts are not available and you scooty will be ready after 17th or 18th, now i am not sure how will manage my work.

and also they said if you want to make the services then you have to wait till the parts received otherwise you can take back your scooty without Service.


the persons are very irresponsiable.

Please suggest what can we do to resolve the problem.

I have purchased HONDA ACTIVA 2 years ago(21/11/2012) model. i am still waiting for PR number it's taking a very longtime i already approached to Honda Show Room located in (Hyderabad Area somajiguda and Erragada branches)the office staff his not providing sufficient Feed Back Regarding the pending documents for refrence TR AP09VKTR5696 until now this is not being registered with RTA office in Hyderabad because the same TR number is provided to different vehicle.kindly do the need full ASAP

Honda — Honda trigger Silencer problem

I purchased Honda trigger but i found that when we drive bike with double seat the rear side wheel's nut bolt is heating silencer on speed breaker.This is complete mistake did by Honda technical team.For other bike they left some space between silencer and Wheel's center nut bolt to avoid friction.
My Activa scooter is developed starting problem since three months. I given my vehicle for servicing on 21 Jun 2014 at Vahini motors, kollam, kerala. My scooter is purchased in feb 2013. the battery of the scooter was perfect and strong. when I given it for servicing they were insisting me to fix a new battery. I refused to change, because I was knowing the problem is on the self starting device.But they were adament of changing my battery and denied to check further. They given me back the scooter after the normal routine service. But when I checked, it is noticed that they have changed my battery and fitted very weak one instead of my original one. I telephonicaly complain this matter to Mr Kumar who is the personal manger for the service bay.No action is taken till today. Please look in to this matter and I strongly believe that appropriate action will be iniating soon.

I have purchased New Honda Activa in Sep 14 from Regent Honda, Faridabad. While purchasing I was asked to purchase the accessories but I have chosen to buy them from

local market. However, While getting them fitted from local shop in front of me the mechanic has showed me (without touching) that the "cracked nut" was already stuck

in the hole where side guard used to fit (near foot rest) and I am sure that no one has touched and tried to fit the guard bidding. It can harm the paint and can be

taken out only through welding machine. When taken back to showroom and showed to same sales guy in Regent (Ayub Khan), he clearly denied the fact and was not ready to

listen anything but started blaming me. This was quite disappointing behavior from a customer point of view who has recently purchased the Activa and within one month

guys are behaving like this. Such a irresponsible behavior of that guy is the reason of why I have to comment publicly for this kind of service. Looking forward to get

some solution for the same.

i am a customer of your company bike i.e Honda CBR 150R.. from past 3 month i have there is a problem in my bike gear. i have placed a order to the dealer but till yet i did not received any response from there side. its very difficult to drive bike because of difficulty in changing the gear. when your company is not able to provide a part of your bike then on what guarantee people will buy your company soo costly bikes.

my bike is seized after servicing in hero showroom

my bike become seized after servicing in hero service center in mettupalayam, but they are asking 12000 for repairing the bike so i want the next step for solving the problem

activa 125 delivery not done

i booked my activa 125 disc white on 12 may 2014 in saraswati vihar globus honda in delhi. Still i did not get it. Look into this matter on urgent basis. Regards Nikhil Gupta [protected]
