Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Hi,

I have given my Activa for service and when i went to collect the vehicle, there is no one to give proper response. I need to chase people in the showroom to know the status, finally when i approached as directed by some one in the showroom the person is called as Incharge and his name is Sydulu and he busy in the phone i have waiting till he completed the phone which tool almost 20min, he is irresponsible to anser me. he is vert relectant. Ambiance of showroom is pathatic and there is no waiting room for cusotmer.

sub - DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ACTIVA HONDA (DX) REG
Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that, I have booked activa honda (dx) on 31/10/09 from PILOT HONDA, SUNDERBAUG, DEONAR, booking no is 62302. I was told that the delivery shall be after 120 days immediately . Now, there are almost two months delay in delivery. In this connection, Youb are requested to make the delivery of the same at your earliest & give the proper written intimation for delay which is to be submitted to our Department as I have taken a loan from it .

Activa Honda — careless post sell service

there is useless post sell service as during free check delear is not attaindig activa problems as there is no availablity of expertise
Hv Purchesed a Honda Activa from TIRUPPUR - Presanna Honda delar.
When I give it to First Service, they are not at all taking care about my Compliance on the Vehicle
When I purchase last month, I inform tha handle is Slightly turned - Left side.. but the Manager told, you take the vihicle, wl see at the time of First Service like...
After the First Service.., still its lime same .. also there is a scrach on the body.. I saw myself.. the Water wash guys are handle the vihicles very rough & tuf..
I can see the Other Service agents handling the customers very neat & smooth.. Like Hero Hona, TVS all.

These guys are not ready explain about the vihicles also ..- NEW

sri sai automobiles — delay in issuing invoice for 2 years

i purchased a hero honda passion plus on 3rd march 2008, the show room people assured me hand over the in voice within one week but it was never happened like so .now its been 2 years still they didnt give me the invoice. without invoice i couldnt accomplish registration, hence i had to face lot of problems with RTA personnel wich resulted in more amount of fines and siezing my vehicle. now i want to sue the showroom people and extract compensation for the fines i payed and the inconvenience i faced in this period of time. hence i request you to kindly help me in this regard.

I purchased a Honda Unicorn two months back. (MH 04 EG 8297) from an authorised Honda dealer in Vasai. The dealer name is Aditya Honda.
The problem with the bike is that the headlight and the horn goes dim when we slow down the bike. Since I use my bike for work purpose for which I have to travel at night on the highway, it becomes immensely difficult for me to locate the interfering object in may way during night time. Hence, due the headlight issue the bike does not meet my needs and does not serve its purpose.

I did refer to the dealer with regards to this issue hoping that they will fix it for me, but all in vain. The answers were not satisfactory. The reason for this which they informed me was that it works on battery and thats a manufacturing fault.They were giving me all incorrect information and even asked me to pay for it. I did mention the complain on their official website but got no reply.

Awaiting a positive response.

hi my name is swapnasree i had purchased a vechicle 9months back from fortunemoters my vechicle is pulling leftside 4 times i had given service till now the problem is not rectifed no body is takecaring in fortune motors and last time we had contacted roja madem actually if i got the head office number i canthink solve the problem [protected]
Dear Sir,

1. I purchased a grey Honda Activa from Sterling spares pvt ltd, 29 Mumbai-Pune road, Near Garware nylons, Pimpri, Pune-411018 on 28 th april 2010. The date of delivery was 01st May 2010.

2. Now the way representatives dealt with me was outrageous. It took them 2 hours to deliver the vehicle after I confirmed on telephone whether the vehicle was ready.

3. Then today that is 29th may after one month of purchase of vehicle I went for first free service I had to wait in line for 2 hours then when my number came I was told that I was two days late in bringing the vehicle for free service and I had to pay half the amount for service. Then what is the meaning of free service.

4. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that I get justice and warranty of my vehicle doesn't lapse.

मी गेल्या महिन्यात एक activa कॅश पैसे देऊन (Pashankar Auto, Jangali Maharaj Road, Pune) विकत घेतली. मी रोज औंध, - बिबवेवाडी, पुणे अशी नोकरी करत आहे. मला रोज ३ बस सकाळी बदलून जावे लागते आणि संध्याकाळी पण तेच करावे लागते म्हणून मला new vehicle घेणे भाग पडले

चला सकाळी गाडी kick मारून चालू करायची असते मला माहित आहे कारण गेल्या ४ वर्षान पासून मी activa च चालवत आहे पण मी जी हि नवीन गाडी घेतली आहे ती नेहमीच किक्क मारल्या शिवाय चालू च नाही होत. आणि २--३ वेळा तर रात्री ८ वाजता रस्त्यात बंद पडून गेली. किती kick मारल्या तेव्हा चालू झाली.

पहिल्या servie ला मी दिली तर ते म्हणाले कि गाडी ची battery charge करावी लागेल, नवीन गाडी ला १५ दिवसात चार्गे कसे करावे लागते का ओ?

माझी पहिली गाडी च्या battry ला आज पर्यंत असा प्रोब्लेम नाही आला आहे. मी ५०, ००० रुपये गाडी मध्ये टाकले आहे तर atleast मला त्याचा REWARD मिळाला पाहिजेन !!!

आणि मुख्य नवीन गाडी ला असा प्रोब्लेम तर नाहीच आला पाहिजे न? अशी मी अपेक्षा ठेवत आहे. मी इतक्या वर्षान पासून हीच गाडी चालवत आहे म्हणून मी डोळे झाकून हि गाडी घेतली कि हि गाडी "बेस्ट" आहे म्हणून...तर मला निराशा नाही मिळाली तर खूप बरे वाटेल...

Honda Activa — Availability

we have been informed by dealers in ahmedabad since a month now that the booking of Honda Activa has been closed. There are rumours that this may be dealer's/company's sales strategy of promote their other brands...not sure abt the true story. On verifying wid one of the dealers, we were asked to pay Rs 7000 to get it w/o booking....

an honest feedback would be appreciated...

activa dlx — no proper response 4m honda activa dealers

m mrs vijay shah..i have booked 4 activa dlx on 16th march 2010 our regestration bill no was 416.nd after bookin we were informed after 3 months u r bein called but yet der is no call nothin when we visited ur showroom near kandavali poisar depo it was said active is out of stock der is no proper response 4m ur dealors nd we have visited 3 to 4 times always same responce even after 3 months r over i want ur company 2 take dis matter in concern thank you....vijayshah [protected]

Honda — Performance poor

I purchased scooter on 25th November 2009 after 4th service there was a problem in engine due to negligence of Sai service center as Engine oil was not put in to engine or less qty.oil was filled in to engine. & scooter was stopping at idler speed frequently. This was rectified but every time at the time of sevicing Sai Point service center are asking to change some major parts.

Last time at 6th service they have asked me replace clutch & suspension bushes.

Is that so if something have to be replaced? Then what kind of guaranty company is giving for 2years + 3years extended guaranty?

Honda — POOR MILEAGE & LOTA OF VIBRATING

I bought Honda stunner 125cc, in may 2010. It produces lots of noise and vibrations while driving.
I reported this problem to Honda service center 4,5 times but there is no resolution and its give a milege 40kmpl, and its handle gots jammed.
