Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Honda — Mismanagement i n Hyderabad

I regret to inform to you that i inquried with dealers of Honda Activa they said booking ahas been closed,

i have absorved that vehicle are available in the market such a tactis they aplied here is like booking is given them those are familier with dealers an d broker s to gether booking the vehicel and blaking the vehicel the vehicels More then Rs10000/ extrat to pay it and sharing both of them.

It is my humble request is that comon people ae not able to buy Vehicle extra burdon can not affordable.
Please look in to the matter and stop mismamnagment.

I D.Venkatesh brings to your kind notice that Iam an advocate and booked for Honda Activa at Prathu Automobiles Pvt Ltd, 6-3-899/1, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyd on[protected] and paid a sum of Rs, 1000/- Advance and obtained Reciept and booking letter and in that letter they have stated they will delivered the vehicle with in 120 days but till now I have not recieved any information from the dealer and I personally went to the dealer and asked about my booking he said it will take another 20 days to delilver the Vehicle. It is very bad on the part of the Dealer. So I kindly request your goodself to look into the matter.,

i agree regarding this matter because the same problem even i am facing .I too have the same bike.so see that justice is done to the customer
I want to know, the authorised service centers timings and the rates they charge is as per your norms or is that at their discreation.

i'm very dissatisfied from ur R S Honda service center at Aligarh in UP.
i visited ur service center at 12 pm on 10/08/10 for 4th service of my scooter
& they did this with in 15 min & didn't check all the 17 points which is shows in ur coupon.they didn't service properly which puts a question of ur credibility . we r very much unsatisfied from ur company.
plz take strict action against them immediately, so that no dealer cannot cheat to the customer.

Honda — Complaint Regarding Honda City

I Purchased a new honda city 1.5 s mt on 10th June 2009 from Honda Dealer Kolkata (India).From the day i purchased the car some rattling noise was coming from the front left side.On the next date i went to the dealer they took a test drive and told that its a normal sound but i was still unsatisfied.On 1st service (11th July 2009) again i made a complaint the answer was the same its normal but on second service (19th September 2009) they accepted the noise but unable to rectify problem even on third service.After that i logged a complaint in Honda Siel Cars India Ltd Noida (India).On February 20,2010 the car was taken for noise check in which they greased damper but the problem continued.I filed complaint two times in Noida and now on 24th July 2010 they had changed front rubber mount but problem still resist.Now they are calling for shocker change in this week.They are just experimenting by changing the different parts as they still could not able to recognise the exact problem.
I purchased this car with a brand name HONDA but now i feel its better to buy a BULL CART.
. I have bought a new hondacbf stunner on 19th july,2010, from sangam honda in ghaziabad. And there is defect in my bike's engine. The dealer is not giving any satisfaction regarding my problem and he is behaving rudely. So i request you to solve my problem and make me satisfied as soon as possible.

Honda — Failure of engine of Unicorn bike and its abnormal delay in repair

My son's unicorn bike's engine failed and it has been taken for repairs.The dealer, M/S NAVSARJAN MOTORS is taking more time more than 30 days. my Activa is being used by my son. I do not have a Two wheeler now and my office as well as domestic works are suffering. Pl give one two wheeler till the completion of repair and return of Unicorn bike.

Honda — REPLACEMENT OF REAR WHEEL RIM

I had purchased a honda shine from OM HONDA, Berhampur on 23th april. But i found the rim of rear wheel as defect. there is a bend on the periphery of rim. I had already put forward a complaint for this. But i got no service till now.
So I request you to kindly go through this and provide me service as soon as possible.

Honda — delay in delivery of honda activa

i have booked 2 honda activas with Platinum Auto Sales SCO 107-108, Sector 43B, Chandigarh on May 27, 2010 vide receipt numbers 2454 & 2455 in the name of Mr. Munish Garg & Mrs.Reshu Garg respectively with a booking amount of Rs.1000/- each with a booking period of 90 days. but even after the completion of thebooking period, now the dealer has given me a time of 15days more to get the the scooters. this is ridiculous that after witing for 90 days, now i have to wait for another 15 days & even more after that. i request the dealer to honour the committment. thanx.
i have purchased honda avaiator model no SCV110GA on dated 12/9/2010. i observed the problems which is given below.
1 head stock (meter cover)cover is not fitted properly.
2 front cover is not fitted properly
3 rear wheel is jamed
4 lock is not working properly.
After observing problems we informed to the dealer on dated18/9/2010 (Pickup honda, 20 neelam bata road, faridabad) but he was not able to solve the problemand they are not able to give good responce.My vechail is kept at delar place, they told we are not having head stock cover.
i am not able to understand how honda is making good quality of product.

Please give me suggestion how i can get my scooter .

Honda Activa Dlx — Servicing of the Vehicle

My vehicle MH 31 DE 9287 has not been serviced properly while free servicing provided by the company. Hence, wants to file a complaint against the dealer Tajshree Honda.

Honda Activa — Booked activa, still waiting for it

I booked an Activa on 17 August 2010 and the delivery date was by 18th September. Before that date they called me up and said that I would have to wait till the 27th. I called them on the 27th and they said I will have to wait till the 8th of October.
I need a vehicle to commute and i cannot keep waiting like this. I would have gone to another dealer had I i not paid Rs 1000 to this dealer.

I, Suthar Ghanshyambhai Rambhai have booked Honda Activa (black colour) vide booking No. 33166 alongwith booking amt receipt No. 2207 on dated 19 Jun 2010 at Kothari Wheels, Wakdewadi, Pune-5. As per remarks given “3 months waiting”. Since no feedback received. I have paid balance amount vide receipt No. 4583 on dated 16 sep 2010 your salesman told me that within 25 days you get Honda Activa but since there is no feedback..
I am an Army person and posted in pune I am going to leave on 5th Oct 2010 and further want to registration at my home town – Ahmedabad (Gujarat) so, you are requested may please be provide said Activa before 5th Oct 2010.

Honda — Unsatisfied Services - Fuel Missed

Sir,
I gave my Activa for servicing to Pratul Activa Honda showroom(at Madhapur) on morning(7th October 2010) with full tank of fuel(petrol). But I havent checked in the evening while taking my vehicle back at showroom. In the travelling i found some of fuel is missed in the tank with help of fuel indicator, i have verified this by filling fuel to full tank and surprisingly missed fuel is 1.30 lts. This is my first servicing in this showroom with such a bad experience. So I request you to take care of this type issues in future.

Honda Activa — REJECTION OF BOOKING

i just went to the honda showroom in my city for the booking of HONDA Activa,,
but the officials there didnt seem to be interested in listening to me..and rejected my booking for 1 activa..
am majorly disappointed with this behaviour..

so i please request you look into the matter and take some serious action into the matter...!

Dear sir My shelf anoop k. singh, we have taken the appointment from your honda activa service center vashi navi mumbai to repaired and service a Honda activa two wheeler black MH43-W-6289(Denting and penting). I reach at your service center on 8th october 2010 at10.30 AM, after that i wait 1.30 hours to handover the vehicle. Afer fillup the form your guys is directly telling I can not do.He is changing spare part and servicing only.If your service center will do half work then who will do pending work.Pls. do needful.

They told me to wait 4 months & after completion of 4 month I payed full payment of Rs.50, 750/- on[protected], they will be delivering it with in 20 day, but till now they are not delivery the vehicle, every day they give some or the other excuse.

Please i need vehicle.

I had booked Honda Activa DLX (Gray color) on may 2010 at Silicon Honda, Mysore road, Bangalore and they told to wait 120 days and after completion the 120 days I paid full amount of Rs.50, 750 /- after paid full amount they told me we deliver in 20 days. Still (October 2010) they not deliver the vehicle even a call also. If I call the Manager every week he giving some reasons. Finally he saying “Gray color is not available. If want Gray you have wait another 10 days.” If I call after 10 days he giving the same reason. Still its going. I would like to file a complaint against them and get the color of my choice.
