Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Honda Activa — NOT SERVED PROPERLY

Honda — Inordinate delay in delivery of vehicle

My name is VVM Krishna. I had booked Honda Activa at Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles, Vijayawada by paying an advance of Rs 1000, on 07 May 2010. Till date there is no sign of delivery of vehicle. There are complaints by local people everything is not fair in the trade practice of this dealer. The time given to me is a maximum of 90 days.
Same thing happened to me. I gave my honda in Narayanguda honda's servervice station, I observed that they took petrol out and filled it wih kerosin; I could smell it. I confirmed the same thing in petrol pump they too agreed.
SEERAM VENKATESWARA RAO, TELL=[protected], [protected], [protected] )As i am a customer of honda from past so many years i reserved a unicorn bike in honda show room at vijayawada in (kanaka durga automobiles limited 40-1-48, M.G.road, vijayawada-520010 A.P, INDIA, TEL=[protected] and i made a advance payment of rupees one thousand (rs 1000/-) on the date of 12/12/2009 with the receipt number 6926 with the signature of the authorised person in the show room and the manager promissed to me that he will give the bike on january 2010 and i visted the show room many times till now i didnt get the bike and the behaviour of company members is so worst and i was hurt with that behaviour and i wasted my time and so much money for my travelling.Every time when i reach the company they are asking me bribe for bike and i cant bare that money so iam going to file the case in consumer court tomorrow, my laywer gave me a suggestion to keep one complaint through the web site also and iam having all proofs and avedance to whoom the company people sold the bikes by taking bribe.so kindly contact me and give me a bike or reverse my advace

Honda — Manufacturing defect and Poor after sales service

Hi

I purchased a Honda activa six months back. (MP33MC8070) from an authorised Honda dealer in SHIVPURI. The dealer name is seth automobile.
The problem with the scooter is that the self and engine .

I did refer to the dealer with regards to this issue hoping that they will fix it for me, but all in vain. The answers were not satisfactory. The reason for this which they informed me was that it works on battery and thats a manufacturing fault.They were giving me all incorrect information and even asked me to pay for it. I did mention the complain on their official website but got no reply.

Awaiting a positive response.

Dear Honda Management,

My name is Nagarajan from coimbatore, I had left My Honda Activa Vechile for Service on saturday in Chandra Honda, mettupalayam road on this month.They had comitted to take back the vechile after service on Monday. when i reached there by 5.30PM on moday my vechile is out of service due to less service persons.They asked me to put my vechile on hold for a day and they wanted to take back on next day.Lady supervisor working there is irresponsible for the customer servive.On the same day like me many customer suffered like this.The problem what they told me is the pump is not working form Afternoon. I didn't receive any call from Chandra Honda for the cause of delay.I just monitor the Honda Management that chandra Honda Is working beyond their Capablity like taking more vechiles, irresponsible workers and postponing the Commitment dates.If this continues like this Honda will loss his Brand name.

I Balvinder Singh, H.N. 554KA/175, Arjun Nager, Alambagh, Lucknow purchased a new Honda Activa on dt 25/10/2010 chises no ME 4JC449KA8097663, Engian No. JC44E0974398, Color White from Radiant Vehicles P.V.T. LTD., Shri Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. But my Activa damaged on road accident on dt 02/11/2010 the front Fark & Medigard fully damage then I give my Activa for repairing to the Service Center of Radiant Vehicles P.V.T. LTD., Behind UKO Bank, Purani Chungi, Lucknow on 02/11/2010 the Service Center told me for delivery of Activa after 10 days but till date (24/11/2010) he don’t get me delivery and say the part of the Activa Not available in the Service Center so delivery not possible 2 or 3 month .
If HONDA has little bit of shame, i want you to revert back on my cell number [protected] as soon as possible.
Show some professional attitude man. Absoultely Unethical i must say, what a FISHY company HONDA is.
I enjoy the quality, i just sue on your Slogan :-(

Honda — not issue of vehicle

i booked honda shine on 23/10/2010 and paid full invoice price on 11/11/2010 on receiving phone call from Hyderabad dealers. Mr murthy from hyderabad dealer stated that he will allot vehicle within one day if i pay full amount. Accordingly i paid the amount. Till date that person is not answering if we call to hyderabad no. Somebody is answering and stating that the vehicle will be alloted in the coming load. Everytime they are saying like that. What is our fate. Surprinsingly we will call tohyderabad no. after 11.00 am we will get answer as user busy. I tried continuously for 1/2 hour . but invain. Nobody is responding both at Vijayawada and hyderabad office. What can i do now. I have to submit papers to office as i took loan from my office.

Kindly see that the vehicle will be delivered immediately.

Suzuki Access — deli and rude to the customer

Very bad experience, i booked my access in the month of sep 18th, delay in receiving red colour bike nd i was calling every week nobody in the vizag branch told me that has been allocated end of oct. They told me today nd the phone conversation is very bad experience for me, the person how talk with is rude nd lie that they cal me regarding the allocation, nd they didnt even listen to me i instead of listening to the customer they wants me to listen. i dont know how company is hiring these kind of people those who dont know abt customer service? i ask the person name finally nd he hang up the ph without saying any. i suggest now not to go for the booking of suzuki any more...

I had purchased a honda activa (std.) on 28/04/2010.Having regn. no. UP25 AH 9775.

I am completely unsatisfied with the service for your service centre (SPG Honda, Bareilly). The person responsible for resolve our problems at your bareilly centre does not resolve my problem. He is also treated me very rudely whenever i go there.

Pls. take necessary action against him otherwise I'll go to consumer forum.

I am working in The Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, New Delhi. I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S BHASIN HONDA, Raja Garden, New Delhi on 2nd of September 2010 under regn no. DL -9046. There was a starting problem from kick and self. I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 3 times visit to workishop they tried to repair. I really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble errupts? Since till date(02/09/10) the defect was not repaired. I request that the same may be at the earliest.
If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.
