[Resolved]  Honda Scooters And Motorcycles Pvt Ltd. — Problem Of Chain set from very first day of purchase

Dear sir,

I had purchased a new Bike of honda make honda stunner in july 2008 and from the very first day I am facing problem of chain set not working properly and i had came this in the notice of authorised Service centre service manager a several of times but the problem was not resolved.I had spend alot of time at service centres and even in every service job card i had told thenm about the same they had resolved it.i also had approached to higher authorities of honda and they commited me to resolve it asap but they fail to fulfill their commitment, And now they are saying that you have to replace the chain set by paying charges for the same but this is not right way to resolve the problem<so sir you are requested to pls resolve it at your end.I am also attaching the mail that i had send to Honda Scooters and Motercycles Pvt Ltd.

Comments : Dear Sir, I am one of your customer having honda bike, i like the bike too much but it is also having some bad factors as i am facing the problem of noise of chain for which i had reported to the authorised dealer a lot of times but the problem was not resolved till date.and now a days i had to visit service centre thrice in a week for same problem but the problem arises again and again. and now they refuse me to entertain saying that you had to replace the chain set just only of their careless ness.i was very happy at the time of purchase and suggest many of my friends to get this bike but now i had to think about it before reccommend it.so u are requested to kindly do some needful as i was having very faith on the brand HONDA.my vechile detailes are mentioned below: Bike:Honda Stunner CBF 125 Dealer:S.D honda, polytechnic chowk, Ambala city, Haryana With Regards Your Dissatisfied Customer

Still waiting for the battery bracket to be delivered at 21 honda so that i can get my honda activa from the dealer...its pathetic...even after puuting written complaint, it is almost now more than 5 days, still the part has not reached to the dealer. The dealer has placed an order feb 18th and today it is 9th March...I anm trying your toll free number-[protected] since morning, no one is picking up the phone to update me on the same. Mr. Rakesh has committed me on Wednesday that part will get delivered today...Please call immediately on [protected] or mail me update on [protected]@yahoo.com.
