[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

I have purchased a Honda shine.
I am facing the problem
Mobil (Oil)leakage from the silencer and when I have given the complaint in the servicing center, they have informed us, Give complaint to the Head Office.
I have taken the bike from Honda Showroom Bhibaneswar, Saheed Nagar.
The Servicing is not at all good.
And even though the customer are giving complaint they are not bother about this.
Then What is the need of taking Honda.
I have taken shine bike on[protected] from meenakshi honda tirunelveli. there is few problem in my bike. like 1.when i was purcheshed bike was so smooth on riding .but now it is rough on riding. 2.starting trouble. (but satisfied its mileage 50 to 55/km/ltr and front suspension.because first 2000 km 30 to 40km speed riding only. so this much of mileage i have.) how to solve this two problem waiting for your reply...please

Honda Shine/Bike — Non Delivery Of Vechicle

Maine 02.11.09 ko Honda shine 125cc bike ki booking karwaye thi aur Sudershan Honda Itarsi (M.P) mein Mr. Prakash JI (Owner)ne kaha tha ki one week ke bad aapko bike deliver kar di jayegi lekin abhi tak bike ki delivery nahin mili hai.
Plz do needfull help ASAP.

Honda Shine — issue of accessories

I purchased a honda shine in Davanagere(karnataka)and the showroom authorities have not given me accessories like number plate and front bumper,please direct them to to issue the above said accessories,

I have purchased one honda shine on dated 11/04/2009 fron M/S AADI MOTOR PVT.Ltd., Hyderabad (A.P), from purchasing on wards it has been fork problem, and engine problem, and I complaint so many times to service center, but that service people are not hearing our problum. I completed 4 free servicings with 7000 Km. but that problem is not cleared. I cant bare this problem, i would like to sell my honda shine byke and i prefer Hero Honda Passion.

As per me this problum is running from Begining period and same problem had repeated many times. It mins this is your manifecturing fault. But your service people is not taken seriously my problem.

Kindly I request to you pls recify my problem.

Honda — paid service not done properly

Dear Sir,

I am gaurav dubey have been visiting Honda service station.During my first visit i.e. on 21st October 2009:

They charged me of rs 7135/-
details are:
crank shaft 2200
crank cas gasket 50
gasket cylinder H 64
gasket cylinder 21
oil seal 14
gasket head cover 38
face comp drive 277
belt drive 480
weight set clutch 453
outer comp clutch 343
pinion assy start 1053
lever r,string hand 49

and many more

Now again my honda deo has started giving me problems i.e. just 1 month after my paid service.

i did go to the service center(after 1 month) again they say the crank shaft and oil seal is gone, they did do something and charged of of Rs 90 again.


Now i have shown the honda deo to the local person ,


he says that
Belt drive is not new.
pinion is not new
and work on the engine has not been done properly

I feel cheated by this,after putting so much amount of money and time on this i get this from the dealers of Honda in mumbai:

I have bought a new Honda city09. I have problem that the handling of my breaks is not in proper. the padel of breaks goes Down.
I went to the company CURTESY HONDA ON 27/01/2010
The company people said that there is some master cylender problem. they have to change it but they dont have, till today date 31/1/2010. I have been calling they them they have not replyed me and my car is still with the company. If i ask they they say all over INDIA they dont have this spair part.
I am really sick of this excuses.

The car has been sold, after that the dealers have no customer care or any part network
who all read this mail dont buy honda cars.YOU WLL NOT GET SERVICE AND SPAIRS

Honda Shine — Non Receipt of service Manual

I have purchased bike Honda shine from Pashankar Auto Mobiles, JM Road, Pune on 18.11.2009 but till date i have not received the service manual due to which i am Unable to Service my bike.
hi this is Afsar jahan, I have purchased honda shine since 18tmay 2009. from your dealer named mayank honda, sigra varanasi .my vehcile no. is UP 65 AN 6951 . From the date of first service of my vechile dated 07/06/2009, regular i am facing smoke from silancer and engine problem. i have approached to so many persons of your company/dealer. but till the date 04/02/2010, no body is takeing my complaint seriously ... I am very shocked that, how can the company like honda is very irreponsible from their service ...

I have taken Honda Shine on June 2006, Vehicle is fine, But from the last month, there is 4 leakage in the petrol tank. I know it will not cover the warranty, But the petrol tank leakage is may be bad quality of material.

So please do the needful to replace with goodwill warranty.

I also have experience to know that the cable could not have snapped as it did if it already did not have a problem or was faulty.

Honda Shine — Manufactering defect in the vehicle

Sir,
I have purchased Honda Shine bike from your authorised dealer Palace Honda Mysuru on[protected].
Whereas my vehicle gives a less milage of 48kmpl and engine gives lot of noise and the handle bar is having defect even there is leakage of engine oil continuously and poor visibility of head light during night.
The front wheel is totally defective hence there is wobbling and it becomes difficult to control the vehicle.I left my vehicle for servicing and told the dealer about all these problems it has defened to their ears and they are unable to solve my problem as vehicle is under warranty,I kindly request you to change my defective vehicle with a new one orelse repay my hard earned money Rs52,000 back. Or else I will be forced to go to the consumer court.
i am having honda shine mfd 12/2007 colour w purple .servies at sawroop honda patparganj industrial area delhi -110092 .there is no body part items of w purple colour pleas arrange part name
1 seat coils left side
