[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

My name is s.senthil I bought HONDA CB SHINE, because the name Honda . Delivery date 30.05.2012.
PROBLEM I FACED IN CB SHINE HONDA
AFTER 1ST SERVICE
1. Mileage problem per litter 35km only my vehicle will go
2. Seat problem under seat bush provide vibration coming i informed
3. Full of dust only oil changed
4. Instruction to servicing dealer 27 points 1 point only they done
5. In AVBR MORORS in Neyveli arch gate opposite

AFTER 2st service

1. Same mileage problem in 2st service also
2. Seat problem also not cleared
3. Full of dust not cleaning
4. Important problem front alloy wheel (WHILE RUNNING TIME ABOVE 30 TO 60 SPEED ITSELF MOTOR CYCLE ZIG ZAG CONDITION OUT OF MY CONTROL I CONT TO DRIVE THE MOTOR CYCLE )
5. Motor cycle paints are removing
6. Battery connections are disconnected (LIGHTING PROBLEM)
6. Serviced by In AVBR MORORS in Neyveli arch gate opposite
7. I mailed to avbr main dealer in cuddalore

AFTER 3ST SERVICE

1. I take my motor cycle to KTR BULDING NO A/3 CHIDAMBARAM ROAD CUDDALORE -607002
2. I informed about first service and second service problems no response
3. Service engineer checked my motor cycle
4. I informed mileage problem, seat problem, front side wheel zig zag problem, chain problem, paint removing problem, while running time vibration problem
5. Evening 6 pm i take my motor cycle
6. Motor cycle full cleaning done, oil changed, (BUT NO PROBLEM SOLVED )
7. Seat same problem i asked service engineer .engineer said this is the seat model
8. But no use of service
9. I ATTECHED MY MOTOR CYCLE PHOTO IN THIS MAIL
10. TAKE CORRECT ACTION AND SOLVE MY MOTOR CYCLE PROBLEM
11. ARE I WILL SEND ALL PHOTOS AND COMPLENT DETAILS TO WEB SITE TO REACH ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ( PLEASE DONT MISTAKE ME I BOUGHT MOTOR CYCLE DUE TO THE NAME HONDA DONT SPOIL MY MONEY AND MY HEALTH )

i buy Honda shine in 27 Dec-2012. since starting my bike have few more problem as following

(1) Timing Chain
(2) Average 30 Km/Lit

i requested to my service and also sales dealer when i serviced in first but they are not able to rectify the my problem and giving many excuses...! i m not accepting that type service from your site. finally they were not able to satisfactory service and my by problem is still going. so i requested to u when u read this complaint please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi Sir,

I bouhgt honda shine in 2013 jan, bangalore my bike number# kA01 HA 44, within in a 6 months(July13) i got changed cletch plate which is cost RS: 1100, when i ask service man in showroom, he said to me its depends on riding which is disgusting answer i was using bikes since 15 years its very very bad, i dont know how come within the 6 months cletch platewill get repair.
i wanted to raise this issue to honda high authority.

this is Midde Durga Sankar. recently i purchased a new cb shine bike in your show room RK MOTOR CORP.(dealer code:Ap040002) Rajhamundry.i found that there is a problem with front wheel mudger was touches to the safe gurd when using the disc break. immediately we are given the complain to your show room mechanic.at that time they said that is a small problem like that.after one month riding we are going to the 1st servicing, in this one your people found that there is a chassis bending at the front side.
please tell me with out any damaging or with out any accident why this is problem will takes place and take the proper action for it..safety point of view this is very very considerable problem.
i've no hopes on your product .i'm eagerly waiting for your honest reply.

this is with reference to the above subject, we would like to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased the HONDA SHINE BIKE 18 months before.We have covered around 8000km.we have been regularly visiting the sevice center for maintanance. But day by day we are facing the issue in rear shoker & milage, it is with the same we contacted the nearest center in Divya Sai Honda Gwalior Madhaya pradesh.

Its been already all free services done from company and .It is from the all service we have complaing on this issues but no action has been taken.

Requesting you to treat this as urgent and resolve this issue at the earliest because my vehicle is in warranty.Kindly do the needful and oblige

Dear all
I have purchased a honda shine on 4 feb 2016 from jhaveri honda kurla but the service given by sales team is very poor
I have not recived my service book and owner manual yet I have did my 1st service by paying 400rs still the delear sales guys are saying that we have not recived your service book and the commitment by the salesman has not been fulfilled as he has told we will give buzzer but it was not given in bike Jhaveri honda false commitment and poor service no one give proper answer to the phone call.
I am very disappointed Pls help
