[Resolved]  Honda Siel Cars India Ltd — Rejection of ECS emi

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that i am a wealth management custiomer of your bank for last 10 yaers appx. I am a member of sec 18 noida , NCR region delhi.
My account has a ECS of amount Rs.26300/- emi for my LIC housing fin. for last 1 year.But LIC has given me proof of refusal of emi from my account for sept, Oct. Fot that i have contacted Ms. Chandini Dewan of Sec 18 Noida branch.I complained her that i have never given any statement to bank to stop ECS, while LIC has given me in writing about the refusal . For that i have been penalised by LIC for Rs. 8000/-.
I donot know your bank officer Ms Chandini Dewan is not giving any satisfactory answer though i have met twice taking leave from my office.
I hope you will address my problem as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

This is to inform; that I have purchased a Honda City car having Registration Number DL7CF 7577; from Prime Honda M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. Patparganj, Delhi on 22nd July 2009.
With this letter I want to draw your attention & put on records, how I have been harassed & cheated by your approved dealer: Prime Honda M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. Please note the following points
On 22nd July 2009, I approached to buy Honda City car; from Prime Honda M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. Patparganj, Delhi.

A. The Capital cars Pvt. Ltd. asked me to pay for Rs. 45, 000/ (forty five thousand only), which was included in the car price for the government fee of Registration/ Road tax etc. which I paid for my Saving a/c of HDFC Bank cheque No. 688522 of Rs. 5, 28, 425/- (for the balance amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000/-, I have taken Loan from HDFC bank).

B. I was also asked to pay additional charges of car comprehensive insurance in the name of Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd., which I paid in their name. (The cheque amounting Rs. 17, 650/- in the name of Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. was paid vide Cheque No. 688530 by me).

C. Now, after regular follow-up I have not been given any insurance policy by M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd.

D. The amount of 45, 000/- taken for Registration etc. I have got receipt of Rs. 37, 580/- vide their receipt No. 38690 dated 22 July 2009(copy enclosed), which was sent after so many days follow-up. When I inquired about balance amount of Rs. 7420/-. I was informed that this is their processing fee, which was never mentioned in the actual car praise.


E. Till date I have neither received my Registration Certificate (RC) nor have I received the insurance policy.

In such light please show cause why I should not demand for refund of all the above and take required legal action for cheating and harassments caused to me by Honda approved dealer M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd and Honda Siel Cars India Ltd.

With reference to my last feedback on the above please note; Prime Honda, M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. representatives’ are forcing me to accept the Insurance policy now, which they are issuing from the date of 22nd July 09.
My submissions are:

1. If, M/s. Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. is not an insurance agency, why they told me to pay the cheque in their name?
2. Now, after my follow up of last 5 Months & complaint to Honda Siel Cars India Ltd: Why, they are forcing me to take a policy of back date (from 22 July 09)? PLEASE NOTE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING MY CAR WITHOUT ANY INSURANCE AND AT MY RISK & COST.
3. I demand for the insurance policy that should valid for 12 months, from the date of receipt to me for which I have paid premium.
4. M/s. Capital Cars P Ltd. has cheated me by over-charging for road taxes. Is it the policy of Honda Siel Cars India Ltd to allow their authorized dealers to cheat the costumes? The details & amount of it is as per my last letter (dated 4th Nov 09) to you.
5. Now, with this mail I request Honda Siel Cars India Ltd to get me my rightful money back & Insurance cover from Prime Honda, M/s. Capital Cars P Ltd.

Please consider this mail as show cause notice and revert with your reply within next 7 days from the date of this mail.

Sub: Regarding our Car Honda Accord v6 VTi AT Registration No: DL4CAB8265. Request for restitution.

Hope this find you in the very best. The whole idea of writing to you is that through your good offices some sort of justice can be availed. Whenever a person seeks the help of senior authority, it is only due to the fact that junior staff is failing to respond. This is the reason that we are forced to write to you again and again. We had also expected that whereas the junior staff in India may fail to realize the damage that it is bringing to the good name of Honda; at least you would immediately act to stave off this decline in the good name of Honda. To my mind this is the way customer service should be. Certainly this is also the Japanese way as I have observed in Japan.

Contrary to my above expectations, every time, instead of acting upon this issue in some serious and responsible manner, you rather tell us to talk to India's Head office HSCI. Of course we do that and we have done that numerous times in the past, but nobody is ready to respond properly. It is only when we find this no response that we approach you directly. Even though we understand that offices in various countries will operate independently, there must still be some system in place where you will have the power to intervene in case of loss of face to the company in general. Or is it that you have absolutely no responsibility and even lesser power to set any wrong right even though the same may result in poor publicity and loss of face. We are really very surprised and very sad.

This is a case of very very poor customer service that we have seen provided by any company.

We were told by Ms. Rosien Haqq ( former customer relations head) that we will get a discount of Rs. 50,000 in the total bill of the car (now being repaired by another dealer than the previous one - as per your office suggestion) and the estimate given to us was approximately Rs. 3,50, 000 (email enclosed) but now they are denying to do so. THIS IS COMPLETELY CHEATING.

They held our car for more than 6 MONTHS saying they were arranging the parts. Every time they give us wrong delivery dates of the car.

If we would have known that after sales services given by Honda would be so pathetic and not honest then we would have never bought Honda. We did a huge mistake. We will now inform everyone in our society and network not to buy any of Honda's Car as the company is not honest and genuine towards its customers. The company only knows how to CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. At first they charge Rs. 93000 and return the car WITHOUT REPAIRING IT. Then they charge Rs. 3,93719.00 for repairing it. I think it is very normal in Honda to overcharge such amount of money from their loyal customers and CHEAT THEM.

Ms. Rosien Haqq ( former customer relations head) told us that we will get the discount of Rs. 50,000 in the total bill of the car BUT ACE HONDA (dealer) said they have no information about it. Is it some kind of a game for you??????????? Whose duty is it to inform the dealer about the discount??? mine???? Is it my duty to run after all of your staff for my car. Do you not have your own responsibility??

But there is no point in telling this to you as you will only say PLEASE CONTACT HSCI and I am tired of TELLING YOU THAT NOBODY IS READY TO TAKE THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES IN HSCI.

I think we have had enough and now we are being forced to consider going to the consumer courts in India and maybe expose Honda's total lack of responsibility and apathy towards its customers in India to the media in Delhi. This will be a big insult for Honda when every News channel will show how Honda tried to CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

As a last resort, we are writing to you once again, in the hope that some good sense will prevail, and that we can maybe still get some justice and action from your door.
