[Resolved]  Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. — Faulty Rear view mirror inside the car

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Honda city car from Ring Road Honda Peeragarhi Delhi.
After using the car for a while I found that the rear view mirror inside the car vibrates when the stereo system is put on on a moderate volume level of just 15-18. I had called up the customer care and was directed to take the car to Ring road Honda service station. They have found the problem and have given in writing that the mirror vibrates on music.

I have repeatedly contacted the customer care and the Customer Relation management and according to the honda is the most superior car and no problem are there in the car.

They are not ready to listen to any kind of problem complaint from the customer.
Please help me on this I can show the mirror vibrates as proof.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HONDA City ZX EXi whose lock is defective and troubling for the many months. The doors and engine ignition locks in any car of the world should not be treated as consumables which has to be changed every alternate year.
This is a serious quality issue due to which I was stuck up and stranded in the mid of the journey. In other cars one never faces such kind of problem even once in 10 years but the complete lock set of my car was changed under warranty in 2007 and again it started giving problem. When the dealer Prime Honda inspected it yesterday they have suggested to get it replaced on payment of around INR 8000.
The car has run 83000 kms and out of the warranty as per dealer’s guidelines but this is a quality issue to be addressed by the manufacturer. I expect you to call all those cars from the market who are facing such kind of problems and replace the lock sets with good quality locks free of cost (as you have done in the case of poor quality ABS).

The Honda Cars post sales service is one of the most in-efficient ones which i have seen till now. The most of the service centres in Delhi are overcrouded with cars and the service centres are not equiped to provide efficient services on time to the custoemrs.
I have a Honda City GXI 2007 model with me. When i bought this car i was very proud to have one of the best of the cars. But now it is more than three years i have been paying for this decission.
The AC of the Honda City cars are very in-effective in summer. Specially the people sitting in the rear seats do not get any effect of the AC at all. Every time when i travel with my family or friends i get to hear this complaint and it gives me a very sad feeling.
The service centres are horrible. they do not treat their customers well at all. The courtsey Honda where i used to give by car for servicing for last three years looks like not interested at all in maintaiing the customers cars. they seems to be interested only in making money.
Ring Road honda do not even care about their customer even if you are waiting for an hours outside their service centre.
