[Resolved] Honda / Stunner — Worst Service
Subject: Worst Sevices in Rohini Area for 2wheeler.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought my Honda Stunner 1 year ago, and was satisfied with my bike, but soon I was facing some problems in the speedometer. I told the service stations on each service, and told them to get this small thing fixed, as this problem was from starting. My bike has got serviced four times but till now that problem has not got fixed. Whenever I give my bike for service, they just change the engine oil, and that’s it. The problem remains as it is, and the quality of Service is worst.
This time, the problem was in Speedometer, and there were some noises in engine, so I gave my bike for repairing in Globus Honda Workshop in Rithala, Rohini, Delhi-110085, but as always no result.
Whenever I called them for the result, they give excuse like: -
1. We don’t have the exact spare part.
2. We don’t have proper Screwdriver.
3. Our labour has gone on holidays.
4. Too much work pressure.
Imagine, they don’t have screwdriver.. Huhh… Whats this?
The person who prepared the job card, later I found him servcing the bikes. Now I found my bike standing on Flat tyres. They don’t have proper manforce, and the service quality is like worst. The quality which I expected from a Honda Workshop is totally absent, and it really hurts me a lot.
Today it’s been around 25 days I gave my bike to them, as I gave it on 25.12.09, and today its 16.01.10, today when I been there for my bike, they said you will get your bike after 2 days.
Sir, now the things are getting really pathetic now, and going beyond my toleration. Please get me some solution. Nobody is listening to my words, as I found nobody like a responsible person called a “Manager”. Please help me, and find some way for this cheap thing.
