[Resolved] Honda Twister — Poor quality parts used,poor service to customers from service centers | |||
I bought Honda Twister byke on 30-Jan-2011, before 2nd service, it's engine started making noise and when I complained for the same with the authorized HONDA dealer and service center : SANGAM Honda, ghaziabad from where I bought the byke, they said it's primary gear is not working fine and it will take 7 days to replace the same.I continuously followed up them for the same and got to know after 2 months that part is available.When I went up there for 3rd service, told them that it's night lamp switch, side indicator swith are also not working.next day when I went to the service center for receiving the byke, I got to know that it's "CLUTCH Outer " is also faulty and needs to be replaced but they dont have it right now and will take time for nearly 7 days for the same. Now I dont know what to do, as the condition of my byke after 4.5 month of buying is so worst,that it makes me very disappointed with the product they are selling in the market. Maine bhi honda twister bike kharidi hai aur usme problem yeh ki tail light portion tilted hai jab maine bike liya tha toh company walo ne bola tha yeh service may theek ho jayega but meri charun service ho gaye hai but meri problem as it is waise he hai ab company wale bolte hai ki aapki chechis tilted hai wo aapko bhar se karana padega aur uske charges dene padenge iam from kanpur name inkesar raza 211/4 jk colony jajmau kanpur aur maine bike rana honda se purchace ki thi aur service bhi wahi se karwai hai i dont know what 2 do plz help me

I bought one CB TWISTER on[protected] from RF HONDA Koonamthai near Ernakulam,
Past one month back on-wards bike vehicle in engine is damaged, so many time i given to service station but no use only thing i loss my money
so that i just drafted this,
it's engine started making noise and when I complained for the EVM HONDA service station why i change RF to EVM, RF service is not good
so that, the main problem about my vehicle is that when i put 4th gear the vehicle going to be slow and then gradually vehicle going to be stop.when give accilator the vehicle is not responding as per the accilator, two three times i met with an accident due to this problem .so i ask to dealer to change my vehicle. but they keep on repairing my vehicle my but no use so that i don't want to again also repairing .kindly change my vehicle immediately because i only covered 12000 k/m as of now so that i not able to take back my old vehicle, please sanction new CB twister for me& my other expenditure also as soon as possible, otherwise i will definetely give to to the consumer court.i wanna your feedback with 3 days
