[Resolved]  Honda Unicorn 150Cc — Bike is Unbalanced / wambling

Hi...

I have got new Honda Unicorn 150 cc recently in Nov -07. I am facing so much problem while riding this. it is very Unbalancing, above that bike is literally wombling like how Punctured Bike run. i complained this to two different Honda service centers. But they ignored the problem and i am still facing the Problem. It seems Honda service centers have not proper qualified mechanics to even identify the problems in Bikes, forget about to repair it. This is really frustrating when you spent so much of money and you will not get comfortable riding. As my bike has 1 year of Free services, i can imagine what are they doing in these free services. When i took my bike to service centers they didnt check properly, one mechanics told me that air is less in tyres, one said handle is generally hard that why u feel like that, one said will see when u will give for servicing. What the hell?

Honda service centers sucks really.

I bought a Unicorn on April-07, I am facing a problem in gear shifting, when we change the gear from first to second gear or 2nd to 3rd gear it is not shifting properly, some time while shifting it plays freely without change. i told from the frist service onwards till date this problem is not rectified. In coimbatore we have two dealers one is Presanna honda another is Chandra honda. I purchased from Prasanna Honda. I try to rectify this gear shifting problem from both the dealers, there is no use.

What is a reamidy for this problem

yes it is 100 percent true what mr Hiren Naick and Mr. Anand complained.i bought the same machine unicorn when they introduced in 2005. the same thing has happend . so many complaints with the deler JSP HONDA CHENNAI BUT IN VAIN MY PH NO IS [protected]

i brought a new unicorn this october, the people at the service centre are so careless they dont even ask for the problem, when i took back the bike from service the gears never fell in place, it was a hell of a mess in traffics. No doubt the honda service centres can be called a garage rather. Infact my friends are happy with the service offered lke Bajaj.
i brought a new stunner of honda this november .when i drive then sum gear problem but when next day i drive then bike stop sudenly on road i try again and again self start ...but thats not strat that time when i open my fuel tank cap then start then sudenly start ..so when i go to honda show room then say that sir dont worry ur bike will be ok ...but after that again same problem after service again i go to honda showroom as usual they take trial but again same problem..they check thenm minimum 3 time check up but no result found when i go to honda owner he give not any response i already say that if again bike problem create then i will not take this bike ..u change this bike but he say that bike will not changed...i dont understand y company dont want give me a new ok bike ...i give full money to company its not mean that company give me a defected piece ...i[censored] can solve problem then pls reply me

It was ok for 3 days and now it is not working, i have to use kick start... always.

it is very difficult when bike gets stop suddenly in traffic to start...

if any one have solution please tell me ...

i bought a Honda Shine by Feb 09 thru presanna Honda Coimbatore. Till yesterday i was ok with my bike. Yesterday i handed over my with smooth condition. After 2nd service, i felt so many problems
1. There is no smoothness.
2.Slow speed automatically engine gone off condition.
3.Every time i have to screw my acceltrate in fully.
4.No proper response at presanna Honda.
5.I handed over my bike with 1/2 tank petrol but after service 2points gone down.
6.Without intimation presanna changed their service centre.
Finally i am not satisfied with service and attitude of presanna Honda's service persons.

i bought a unicorn dated november 2007... my vehicle number is tn 37 AX 2437...at the time of purchase i bought it thrugh loan now the loan payment was also over...last week i was caught by an seargent in my city he checked my chase number which looked different in RC book and bike chase number ... then i used my influence to show it was actually my bike...so i went to purchase shop presanna honda to lokk after this matter they just said its not our fault its with RTO office mistake we will make a corrections to this with RTO ... and give it back to u... this was not my problem k... so there is no pre delivery check with office ah... what is this ?... his behaviour with customers is also very bad...he said i will call the RTO u speak with him for ur complaints... i bought the bike on faith of dealer but this is the manners ah... so if an un educated person comes na what will be his status?... i m not going to leave this matter...let it happen wat ever it comes i m redy to face it.. i have mailed all my documents to unicorn head office for further complaints...i have more things to say...let me stop with this... Worst buying experience ever:

Today i had gone to book a unicorn from prasanna honda. I had already gone der a week ago and finalised the deal for exchange verbally.But today when i went for booking it, they undervalued my bike by rs5000 than what they had said. that too after spending an hour waiting. Worst is that i had to spend 15min standin in the showroom before being attended. The staff don't know what courtesy is? and they treat customers like dogs. I think they should learn from indoshell tvs what customer service is. I had the worst buying experience ever and reading the above posts, i am having nightmares about getting my bike serviced. Prasanna honda really s***ks.
Presanna Honda's people are really unprofessionals. It reminds me of any ordinary third grade government office...
