[Resolved]  Honda/cb Unicorn Dazzler — I am not satisfied with HONDA service and i want my FULL MONEY back or else i will file a case against the company [ New Honda Dazzler ]

Honda Team,

Your service centres here in Mumbai [ Pilot-Honda (Chember), Jhaveri
Honda (Kurla) & Jhaveri Honda (Cotton Green)] are not able to solve
the issue that my bike has [ Kaicchi problem ] and i want your
immediate action on this.

I would also like HONDA team to bring in notice that i will be filing
a case against you guyz, i want my full money back. Attached is the
list of experiments done on my new bike with no positive outcome [
almost 6 times the bikes is opened, very FISHY ]

Have tried all the below options, but no response from you HONDA :-

>> I have tried calling on Pune Honda helpdesk number [ [protected] ] but no one is picking up the call.
>> Have placed 3-4 complaints but revert from HONDA,
>> Mail sent to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com but no revert.
>> have called up Pune Honda another Helpdesk no [[protected] ] but no luck.


If HONDA has little bit of shame, i want you to revert back on my mail
or call me on my cell number[protected] as soon as possible or you
guys gonna face serious problems MARK MY WORDS !!! Its high time
now. I have all the documents with me as a proof.


Show some professional attitude man. Absoultely Unethical i must say,
what a FISHY company HONDA is.


I enjoy the quality, i just sue on your Slogan :-(

It is very sad to say such things against honda i never get a perfect service from your delear in kannur (kerala) and in each time i waited three to four months for any spare of honda unicorn
A am also a totaly unsatisfied costomer of honda unicorn. Since my bike is feeling missing problem i gone to showroom for six times for solving the problem, but still the complaint arises again within two days of the delivery. even this much problem arises these peoples are not ready to replace my carburator or any other parts which is in warranty period.

Ha ha ha. Honda providing customer service? Thats impossible, especially in India, where customers are at the mercy of sellers. No warranty on new goods and no ethics on part of sellers. Once you pay the cash, they forget about you. They are busy capturing next customer (bakra) via false advertizements and false promises. Thats the reason you should never buy based on brandname. Always see which product is giving you more features for the money you pay.

iam from tamil nadu my bike no TN19-b-5007 i bought vehichel in chengalpet show room. their is no maintance and spares also like this agencys why this stupid honda campany giving licences to them i want my money back.no milege in this bike no spares in markets like this vechiles wasting only money iam not satisfied in this vehichel pls friend dont buy honda bikes hereafter

Why do people buy just because of Honda name ??? There are lots of other good quality bike makers in india, eg, suzuki, yamaha, Tvs. First look at all the options. See which bike maker offers more features for price. Why people blindly buy honda bikes at higher price and lesser features and regret later? Honda and herohonda are too very arrogant. They dont care about customers once they get the money. The will not replace parts under warranty, saying parts are not available. But when warranty is over, then the are ready to replace the parts. That is their idea.
