Hospital — MISBEHAVIOR BY STAFF

sir, i wisited to dharskar children hospital,near gandhi gate, mahal , nagpur at 8 pm. that time doctor not present in hospitaL.we request to staff for note my child name for appoinment.but counter staf not note and accept my number.they told me to come with paishent and then accsept your number for appointment.we request, my child(patient)with her mother in ground floar.but staff not aggry for this.they discues verry cloudly with me.my file put on side and note anathor paitient number for doctor appointment.after,they saw my child and then accept my number.that time very paitient present in reception and staff verry rudge behavior with me. Please resolve the complaint urgently and explain why disciplinary action against hospital.We here by advise you to take corrective action against the complaints. please help us.thanking you.
