[Resolved]  Hosur Municipality, Tamilnadu, Hosur. — No water supply to Overhead Tank in Annamalai Nagar.

Respected Municipal commissioner, Hosur Municipality,

Due to drying of water in a bore well situated in Annamalai Nagar the overhead water tank was not supplied with water for the past 6 months and so to all the houses supplied through that tank. Several complaints made to the overseer in the hosur municipality is of no avail.

There is no complaint register maintained at the municipality office or not given to the public to write the complaints. we have requested the overseer to give the complaint register and he said it is not with him, and other staff refused saying that there is no such a register, an usual technique to avoid registering complaints. Hence complaint register must be made available to the public to register complaints.

Back to the problem in Annamalai nagar, the municipality authorities have taken away the pipes and motor that was erected in the existing bore well and they said a now bore well will be dug soon. when ?. It is almost 8 months passed now without water supply and we don't know what to do or whom to complaint so that the water supply will be resumed through the municipal pipe lines.

Through this communication we request the Municipal Commissioner to take action and restore water supply to Annamalai Nagar, near Anand Electronics, Krishnagiri Main Road, Hosur immediately. Receiving our complaint overseer sent water tank lorry for three days and stopped sending the lorry.
