[Resolved] Hoya Lens India Pvt Ltd — Broadband connection | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Branch Manager of Hoya Lens India Pvt Ltd, Delhi branch. Our office situated at 2/15, West Patel Nagar, Near Patel Nagar Metro Station. More surprisingly it is just above your Patel nagar office. I have logged my complaint about Broadband connection to the concern authority on Monday morning. My complaint no is 198. As a Branch Manager I looking after all my sales & collection activities of North Region which is entirely depend upon the Internet connection. All my sales orders, reports, coordination is happening online. Every order, every report is very important to us. We can't let it go. Since last two days none of your technician is visited here. I personally went to your Patel nagar office but the officer who was sitting in a chair was not bothered about my complaint. Being one of the largest telecom company in India we can't expect such kind of response. We can't make our loses just because of your negligence. If you wish to keep your subscriber stay connected with you; please find out some solution. I hope my complaint will be taken care & i will get feed back from your end as early as possible.
