HP 854 Tricolor Inkjet Crtg — Pilferage

My system is HP Pavilion a1514 Home PC and printer is HP Photosmart C3188 All in One. I had purchased a set of cartridges 854 & 850, a fortnight back through your Dial-a-Cartridge service.Till now I have used the printer for two colour printings of normal type. Today the 'status of the cartridge in the printer' as indicated by the desktop is almost EMPTY. I had verified the colour changing hologram on the cartridge box to my knowledge also. I give below the particulars of the cartridge for your verification.

Kindly look into this. I suspect some pilferage is taking place under the blanket of HP's patented name and I am ready to submit the cartridge and its original package for your scrutiny. The cartridge is supposed to come for atleast 200 prints.
