i had purchased a hp printer from croma on the 3rd of jan 2010.they had an offer which said that if this printer is purchased before or till the 3rd of jan then we get 1,500 cash back.the time given was approx 8 weeks..its nearing end of june and i havnt rcvd anything from them,really feel CHEATED by such a big company whom i used to TRUST so much.the details of my printer are as follows:-
