[Resolved]  HP Compaq — Gift Offer on Purchase of HP Pavilion/Compaq Presario Notebook

Dear Sir

I have purchase Compaq presario C773 Tu Model Last Dec'07 and now i m facing problem regarding Combo Drive, Its not working properly in DVD disc and audio system also not working, due to Vista version i cant change it into WIndows XP bcoz audio video drivers only work in Vista version, So please suggest me to change DVD drives and audio video drivers.

I have a complain to my Compaq laptop, which was deposited with the name of surya computers(Sachin rajput)in your RNTL Services Near Novelty Cinema Hall Lucknow on 23Dec.2008 but earlier i deposited it to surya computers kot bazaar rath. My complaint no. is 136, but with very sadly I have to tell you, that near about one month is going to be complete and my work also has stopped, the laptop didnot repiar and I didnot get a satisfactory answer by service center.

I've purchased a compaq presario CQ60 104TU notebook in november 08.It came with a DOS basic with config as 2GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, intel pentium dual core processor with speed of 2GHz,
intel graphics card . I tried to install windows xp.motherboard cd is not provided with the laptop .The site of hp doesn't provide all the drivers of xp for this particular model. But any how I got the drivers for xp and installed xp and tried to install drivers. But the drivers are not working and at the time of installation, they display error message saying there are no compatible drivers supporting this hardware.now my laptop have no sound and I'm unable to install sound driver. My system doesn't support the games properly.The buffering of the games is not at all good.
Kindly help me installing xp with all the drivers properly so that I get hassle free system.

I have purchased HP Compaq Serial Number: 1N17020C3Q & Model No: 1933 IL from Sri Sai Computers on Dt : 10/02/09, Waranty period is Three Years from the date of Purchase. Two speakers are not functioning. Hence I request that rectify the problem immediately. No response from the HP compaq service centre.

sir .i buy compaq c772 tu notebook pc.its belongs to vista home premium edition.its not inbuilte blue tooth driver.then i will by the external blue tooth device.in that vista drivers ther.but when i installed drivers.its not support the laptop.after the drivers installed but audio drivers can be removed .no audio.so plz rectify the problem and given there solutions.

I wish to inform you that myself Jitendra Kumar Singh(Research Scholar), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad(Jharkhand), recently(24-June, 2009) perches a notebook compaq presario CQ-40 330TU, SL.NO.CND9182H23, from the computer house UG-14, Urmila Tower, Bank More Dhanbad. I am phasing some problem in my notebook.When I reach to dealer, he tell me to visit hp service center Dhanbad regarding to that problem, then I reach hp service center at 13July, 2009.hp representative(Dablu Kumar) received my laptop and tell me problem should be solved within 3 or 4 days, during this I visit thrice to the service center but the problem could not be solved, he tell me there is some problem in LCD and the equipment for repairing has been ordered to the company but till now it could not received. My service card no-1079 and case ID:[protected].Sir/Madam since I am a research scholar, and my thesis will be submitted next month so I have a lot of work pending this time due to such kind of problem.Initially I am facing such kind problems and mentally harassing .If I have not complete my thesis work on time my pre-submission will be postponed that will be big crisis for my carrer and whole responsibility will be gone to your service providing system .So I kindly request you serve me as soon as possible or to replace my notebook.I am great full to hp and its service providers and kindly request you to reply my mail.
