Sir/Madam, As per your advertisement in the “AnandaBajar Patrika” during the month of the February 2009, your company had offered UPS and a Printer With Compaq Presario Now or Never Desktop scheme, and I had already send one Demand Draft of Rs.999, dated 09/03/2009 for the same. Unfortunately on last week of June 2009, you had sent only an UPS. The Printer mentioned in the scheme yet to send. I bought the HP/ Now or Never Desktop scheme on 28/02/09 with offered Now Or Never Desktop Scheme But you have send only an UPS without all in one printer. You are requested to send the ALL IN ONE printer as soon as possible.
