Hp - Compaq V6500 — No response by customer care executive

This is Santos from Bangalore. I have given my lap top at Indiranagar branch on monday dated 09/Nov/09. As a executive told me he will inform me by tomo but today is thursday still there is no feed back and they have not mentioned any contact number on receipt. Executives are not taking care of customers but chating with coligues making fun.

So let me know what kind of service is HP providing to their customers...!!

This is Pramod Kumar from Mumbai. I buy Compaq notebook in 20th may 2009 and my lap top Screen Display is not working properly and any contact number of Compaq or Hp is not working. Please tell me what to do waiting for your response...
