[Resolved]  HP Gas Booking — non receipt of gas after 1 week booking

I had booked GAS on 03/01/2010 on mobile [protected] and immediately I got sms that "your bookng no. is 222433 and pending refill booking clered upto 25th Dec.

But till today the 12th, I had not received my GAS and for last 3 days I have no GAS.

Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I have booked a refill cylinder on the date 6, 7, 8 Feb 2011 may be. I have not noted booking no.

But on 3 Mar 2011 i have not received my cylinder. I reached the M/s Anand Store Karawal Nagar delhi. They said what is your booking no. I told that I have not noted. Then he said your cylinder is not book. Please resolve the issue on time so that a customer can not suffer from your services.

I have found from last one year that your HP GAS services are very poor .

This is to bring to your notice that we have booked our HP Gas from ASU Gas Agency located at Kandivali west, S.V.Road., The gas is book by Mr. Prasad Prabhakar Khatavkar on 8/7/2011 and today the date is 19/7/2011 almost 12 days after booking, I have also received the HP Gas booking no.230496, and Cash Memo No.167716, the sms by ASU Agency was received by me on 15/7/2011 and they had assured that we will receive the Cylinder by next 48 hours, Our consumer no. is 646319. We request you to please take it seriously and send the cylinder as early as possible as we are facing lot of problems.

But till today the 31st, I had not received my GAS.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas), but sorry to say I am Consumer of Prem Gas Agency, Consumer No: 623178. I am facing problem in service from the Agency. It is my second booking but still not received the refill cylinder for first booking.

My first booking No. 223901 and on date 24/02/12 waiting for refill cylinder...
Only response from IVRS is "your refill cylinder cleared by Prem gas agency on date 28/02
Whenever, I go to enquire but not proper response from the Agency side and only get an answer that you need to wait.

My 2nd booking No. 236821 and on date 16/03/12 waiting for refill cylinder...

If you give suggestions and take action that will be helpful to me.

Consumer No. 613284 in the name of Mamoni Das . A SMS received in my mobile no. [protected] on 07.12.2012 that HP Gas Booking No. 273288 and Cash Memo No. 165065 dated 07.12.2012. It is totally false. I have never booked. In the meantime Gas is available to me. I have no need of Gas at present.
