[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Irregular delivery & misbehave from gas agency and delivery man

I am a coustomer of HP Gas. I am a working lady and do not stay at home during weak days and after verbal instruction, even I have given written instruction regarding this and instruct him to delivery the gas cylinder on saturday or sunday.Still he does not pay heed to my words and send gas cylinder as per his wish . When I contacted him over phone he simply instruct me to call next saturday for delivery on sunday. His gas delivery man namely "Bikash" misbehaved me like anything against my last booking through your helpline 1716 on 25th Dec, 2008. Please take necessary measures in this regard.

I am a customer of HP Gas. My wife, used to call gas agency to book the Gas, whenever she calls, lady picks up the phone and take the booking but she always reply that we have made the booking and never give booking confirmation number and she will inform Gas will reach you, if we question her how much time till take she reply with rude and use very bad language. Similarly when the supply man come home for delivery he always charge extra amount of Rs.15/- on each delivery and he also very rude, if we ask any question, he reply whatever you want to do it, we will take our own time to supply the Gas. As we normally made booking 1 month in advance, and whenever we go in persons then also they never give confirmation of booking number, verbally they will say booked, and they never enter into their books / computer and take more than 1 month to deliver the Gas and also we find the Gas also less in Kgs whenever supply to us, which I am requesting you, to please do investagation, in keeping all in your mind of my complaint as everybody in Chinnalpatti, were facing and unable to do complaint, people were not aware how to do the complaint, if you do survey then you will find all the problem related to the Gas Agency. The Name and Gas Agency was given below for you ready reference:

Since one month we are not able to get Agency phone Number what they have given and it was out of order. Due to that we have to send somebody to record the booking even though they never give the booking confirmation to anyone.

Kindly please take necessary step to improve the quality of services, customer handling so that people in our Village able to get good service from HP Gas. As we do not have not any other Gas agency, due to that the Gas Agency are very rude and doing misbehaviour with everybody.

I hope you consider my request and will take approriate action to improve the Gas delivery.
